Good customer service

Good value for the price. My original delivery was damaged but was replaced promptly with no charge. Much nicer lamp shade than any I have seen in brick and mortar stores in the SE Wisconsin area.

Not silk, over priced.

Bought two silk collie sized beige shades. Not silk and not high end shades. Looks like cotton and heavy looking too. These were a real disappointment after reading some of the comments. Poorly made shades. It's hard to find silk quality shades in the marketplace and i was very hopeful about receiving these. Return cost is buyers expense and I think it's because the seller gets alot of returns. Look elsewhere.

This...shade...is...perfect! I purchased the Antique Gold and it was true to what the color looked like on the website! What quality craftsmanship! I would purchase from Royal Designs again in a minute! Product arrived in 4 days and the packaging was superior. Package arrived in perfect condition. I also purchased lamp finials from Royal and those arrived on the same day as the shade and they look awesome! Finials also arrived in perfect condition. Can't say enough about how beautiful this shade is! Thank you Royal Designs for a wonderful product.

Top quality, beautiful lamp shade. Dressy for my formal living room.

Searched high and low for replacement shade for my Waterford lamp (years ago wedding gift) shade that finally gave out. Went to all the major brick & mortar options with no luck. While this is not silk like the original shade, this looks great. Pleating is not quite as precise but has a softer look. Could not be more pleased.

Quality from a great company

Lampshade is perfect for my lamp. I have been searching for a replacement shade for my Stiffel lamp that is over 25 years old. All I could find were plastic ones until I found this one. This one is fabric and elegant. Originally I purchased a size that was too short. It was very easy to return it for a larger size.

Order carefully....

These lampshades are lovely, very well-made and finally perfect for my decor. But one word of caution, be sure of the exact color you want when ordering; my earlier purchase of the same 2 lampshades in a shade of color which on the website illustration was shown darker than they actually were cost me almost $25 with the USPS to return them, altho the large box was very light weight. My reorder of the same lampshades in a darker hue thru Amazon Prime are very nice and no costly return is needed!

Sumptuous

The shade is sumptuous. It is a dark off white hue, but it looks great.
