Way Oversized!!!

I ordered this collar in extra small to start my retriever puppy on, expecting to get a collar for neck sized 9.5 to 11 inches. It measures 13.5-15 inches and fits my 50 pound dog's neck. This is absolutely ridiculous for an extra small collar! When are companies going to wake up and start making training collars suitable for puppies and tiny dogs???

Much too big, had to return it

I used the sizing chart and bought what should have fit my dog. Sadly, it was much too big, and the chain was thick and heavy. I returned it and bought a smaller size which according to the chart should be too small but it is a good fit for my girl. The quality is good, just the sizing chart is very inaccurate. I'm familiar with these types of collars so when I read the reviews which mentioned the sizing issues I thought maybe they were being used incorrectly. But that's not the case. I hope RC corrects their chart.

Didn’t help prevent any pulling in my 4 month old pup

I didn’t like that her pulling habits never changed with this collar, not even the slightest. She is a large breed, and was very hopeful hearing and reading good reviews, and was willing to accept the minor hair loss given it was going to work.. unfortunately the only thing this collar did do, was give my little pup hair loss sadly. I don’t recommend this product if your trying to train a pup not to pull.

MUCH too small - does not match posted measurements

Bought a 'medium', as my dog's neck is 16.5" around. This thing is 2" longer than that at the smallest possible adjustment, despite what it says on the website. Otherwise OK but this is a hassle. Will return and get a 'small'.

It fit larger than advertised

I ordered a medium as my dog’s neck was 15” but the medium was too large so I had to send it back and order a size small. The medium was 1” wide which was nicer than the small which is only 3/4” wide.

Sizing listed is WAY off

Decent quality collar, but the sizing listed is WAY off. My dog’s neck is 19 inches, so in theory he should’ve fit into either the Large or Medium according to the sizing chart, but even the Medium adjusted to the smallest possible size is still too big for him. I would suggest going down a size from whatever the sizing chart says for your dog.
