Broken laces then broken hook!??!

Initially I intended to write the company, but when I found no option to do so I was forced to resort to this. I've replaced the laces on these twice now within 3 months. They fit fine but now I have bad support because a hook broke on one boot... I'm not happy. It's hard enough to find boots in 16W and now they're twice the price!

Fit/width as expected but,

A well made, seemingly ruggerd and yet light boot. I buy Proper because they offer extra wide shoes. These have a design flaw. The bad: the "steel toe" toe box is not proportionally wider (I tried several sizes/widths if same model) and constantly rubs toes - no amount of break-in seems to help so after 2 weeks I'm writing them off as a bad investment.

Seized randomly

I ordered the B.B. in a 10.5E. I received a 11.5E marked 10.5E Exchanged them for a 10 E and received a 11.5E again marked 10E. So for the 3rd time I decided to try a 10E in black thinking hopefully with fingers crossed I'll get a pair that fit! Nope... Maby12s? I can easily put my hole hand behind my heel and push down on the insoles, they were also marked 10E. The next size down (9.5E) is more then a month out so I'll have to give up on these (comfortable but random sized shoe) and buy some other brand.

Bought these boots on Jun 19 2021 and the soles fell apart today!!! These are only 5months old!!!!! DONT BUY THESE BOOTS!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
