A NICE PIECE BUT UNDERWHELMING SIZE

This is a nice piece of art...really like the detailing on the bull's head. I will point out the way it is photographed and with the thought/name "Apis the Bull, Egyptian God of Strength", one would naturally envision a statue exuding some greater presence. However, I have to say I was a bit underwhelmed with the size as I certainly had anticipated (and would have liked) something much larger. ***Please note: pay special attention to the measurements and the diagram with the soda can before deciding whether to purchase! (I probably should have paid better attention this.) The bull's head, from top to bottom, is truly about the size of a soda can with its horns giving it a few extra inches. I also have to agree that it is a bit overpriced for the size, but I am content with this piece based on the detailing.

Great Bust

Extremely disappointing.

I ordered a bronze sculpture of "The Thinker" from another company for the same price and loved it. So I ordered this bronze bull for a similar price from "Design Toscano" and it is an utter disappointment. The box felt empty when I received it--I thought maybe they sent me an empty box on accident. Nope, the bull is in there. But it might as well be made out of cardboard because it weighs almost nothing. I could blow it over probably. Feels extremely cheap and looks it as well. I can't believe they are trying to charge $40 for this. It might be worth $10. Returning.

Take the Bull by the horns ..!

This is a proper man ornament, nice size not to big. I have mine in the living room but no doubt would look equally good on a business desk. Good value for money.
