Easy on the ears

Soft and comfortable. Worth the purchase

Doesn't have the screw on tip and is still too big for my ears

This is slightly smaller than the original buds in the stethoscope but still too big for my ears. They also don't screw on, so they easily fall off of the stethoscope and they don't stay correctly angled. They feel like the original ear buds except they don't have the hard metal threading inside. Unfortunately, I'm beginning to think it's not possible to have small ear buds for this model of stethoscope unless someone actually just makes a long and narrow bud that is threaded, which I have yet to find.

Didn't Fit Litmann Classic II Series.

Apparently, I need a type of screw on ear-tip. These in size small, the metal just slipped right thru the earpiece tips; would not stay above the metal. Very uncomfortable and not safe for my ears. Did not return as I had tried to use them. Not sure what I missed in the advertising, thought these would work, but they did not work for me at all. Moving on to another Litmann specific replacement part.

Didn't fit too small

I didn't realize that there were other sizes but these were definitely too small and I found no reason to return them because it's just a small package but definitely check your size before you order

Not the ear piece for the MDF stethoscope I have

While these DO fit on my MDF stethoscope, it is not the ones that come with it. The ones that come with your MDF stethoscope are different from other stethoscopes. Their small ones are the only ones I can fit into my small ears & hear with. I was a little disappointed when I put them on thinking they were the same but they weren't. I couldn't fit them in my ears or hear. They are more comfortable than others that I've tried but not as comfortable as the ones I'm needing for my MDF stethoscope.
