Rocco loves Casper

Our 16 year old dachshund absolutely loves his bed. He’s always wanted to be on the couch, but since getting his Casper, we always find him snoozing comfortably in bed. He also seems more alert with less pain when walking. I also like the machine washable feature, and the supportive side bolsters. Great product for your pets. Maybe I should buy a Casper for myself.

Ripped after a year

My dog dug through the cover and is now gradually destroying the foam inside. I would like to buy a replacement cover but they seemingly don’t exist. Please contact me if this is incorrect.

Use a hair dryer to expand the inserts

When I received this product, two of the foam inserts did not expand fully and were a bit flat and warped. Not sure I've seen anyone else here post this, but if your foam inserts are not fully expanded, take a hair dryer and set it to a high heat and speed, and slowly move it along each side of the foam inserts. They will expand fully to the normal size.

Amazing bed and free toy!

The bed arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. The best perk was the free toy (seen in picture) that came with the bed - I’m pretty sure it was to distract my dog from chewing his new bed and it actually worked! (For context, he chewed up his old “indestructible” bed that didn’t come with a toy). My dog loves the Casper bed, it seems super comfy for him and we’ve taken it on a weekend getaway and he loved it. He actually lays in his bed all the time now as opposed to the floor or random places throughout the house like he did when he had his old bed. It seems like the bed is costly up front, but I’m certain it’ll last a long time and I’ll get my monies worth out of it - especially since you can unzip and throw it in the wash!

He is IN LOVE!

Easy to assemble. I’m watching him lay here waging his tail, all stretched out…and he had a great bed! I think this one is more comfortable than MY bed! I guess we’ll see at bed time! Worth it! My boy is an extra large Boxer. :-)

It's expensive but the cat loves this bed

My wife ordered this bed without me knowing. She didn't let me know because of the price. I hit the ceiling when I discovered how much it cost but ya' know ... the cat loves this thing! My wife buys all kinds of stuff for the cat and most are a waste of time and money but this bed works for the cat and the great thing is that it has a lifetime warranty.

Dog likes it

The dog likes it and will sleep on it, sometimes. He's a dog and will sleep on anything but I feel better knowing that he has a comfortable bed if he chooses to use it.

Toxic product!

I ordered this bed because I wanted something more comfortable for my dog who is now quite old. As soon as I opened the box a toxic smell hit me, so I googled the material the bed is made from to see if it's toxic. As it turns out, memory foam may contain toxic chemicals such as formaldehyde, benzene, and naphthalene. Memory foam may also contain isocyanates, which, according to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, can cause irritation of the eyes, nose, throat, and skin. The design and color of the bed are very nice - too bad it's made out of a toxic material! I returned it asap.

Not as substantial as it looks

Was surprised by how thin this mattress is. It doesn't look anything like the photos. One small flat piece of foam makes up the main bed part. The bolsters are pretty thick and sturdy. The fabric is nice and seems like it would be easy to clean. The mattress is quite small. I got a size Medium for my English bulldog and it is way too small for him. He is on the small side for a male English bulldog, so I would definitely recommend sizing up if you have a medium-sized dog. As for comfort, I haven't laid on it but my dog HATES this bed. He looks so uncomfortable on it. He chooses to sleep on the hardwood over the bed, which is super disappointing. Over all, it is okay but definitely not worth what I paid for it. Would not recommend at this price point.

My dog love it.

We love this bed. The cover material is tough but soft enough. Our dog likes to dig at the spots shes going to lie down so this material toughness was a little important, otherwise she would just tear a whole in it. Most importantly our dog seems to love it. We have a memory foam bed and this bed seems just as good as the one for humans. The only complaint I can even come up with would be it was a little expensive but probably worth it compared to other beds in this price range. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Great little bed for our little critter! We adopted an adult dog that was satisfied with sleeping on the ground. Not in our house! You get a bed. I was concerned with comments about the cover durability, as we discovered she's a "Sleep Digger" but so far so good! Who knew dogs would get so worked up in their sleep as to dig!
