For the love of God will you please dissolve!

Had to start from new and add a bunch of stabilizer to my 17k gal pool. Read the reviews and decided to buy this product. All I can tell you is the complaints for this product and its nonability to dissolve are true. Started by adding the required amount to a 5 gal bucket filled with tap hot water. Submerged in the pool underwater and left it there four about four hours. NOTHING DISSOLVED! So I poured the water into the pool, which left me with about the same amount of product I began with. I then began the process of using my electric tea kettle to boil 1.7 L of water at a time and poured into the bucket. Used a wisk to stir it up and it FINALLY started to dissolve. I had to do this about 15-20 x until the product was completely dissolved. Took multiple trips to the pool but I finally got it all in. Waiting for my new test kit to come in and check for correct level. So more to follow.

Best way to dissolve the product

Forget trying to dissolve the product in a bucket. Take a long cotton sock. I use the socks you get from hospital stays. I have a digital scale with a tapered bowl and I spread the sock over the tapered end and pour the stabilizer in the sock and hang it over the pool return with the greatest water pressure. I use a gallon jug of acid to hold the sock in place on the deck. Adjust the sock up or down accordingly as socks stretch out over time. I can get over two pounds of product at a time in the socks. After three or four hours the sock is pretty much dissolved and you don't clog up the filter.

Stabilize the water

I needed to stabilize my swimming pool water and this product did its work. I run the pump for 24 hours and got the results I was looking for.
