Measure exactly-This killed my fish

Procut is not as forgiving as prime. I added about a half cap to a 5 gallon bucket of water thinking it would be fine once I dumped it in the filter of my 300 gallon pond but that wasn't the case . I may try again and be more exact on the dosage but prime always gives great results!

Works for fish & turtle ponds.

I use for our aquariums, turtles tanks and outdoor fountain that the birds love to bathe in. The fish and Turtles survive the water additions, so it works as described!

Very disappointed!

My bottle arrived with the lid off and the bottle was empty. The shipping package itself was not damaged. I am being asked to return the item before I can get a refund. I think this is ridiculous since we are all trying to avoid going out due to the pandemic.
