I've used this filter for years. And they do a great job.

They are a little difficult for me to put in but I'm elderly . I've had a pond for many years and this filter works the best.

Fits in a pool/pond skimmer

Easy to clean removed my skimmer basket and placed these inside to catch the smaller debris in the pond water.

These were exactly what I was looking for, but ...

These were exactly what I was looking for, but the filtration system still did not clear the water in my pond. After 6 years of dealing with summer algae blooms, additives that killed my plants and fish, I found the solution to my problem. After the racoons ate my fish, I added a water lilly to the small pond. Within a couple of hours the water was clear. I have since added water hyacinth and other plants in addition to using the filter with coarse pads, The filter protects the pump while the plants keep the water clear. The coarse pads do not clog or require cleaning. I have no fish that would eat the plants either.

So much cheaper then anywhere else that I could find , as winter winds down my pond seems to cover in string algae, so while I used to clean and re use the filters , so much easier replacing them and this these are exactly the same as the ones I had purchased from Lowe’s at almost half the cost. Great price and product!

The thickness of the pads are great and will last for a long time.
