Heavy duty yet easy to use

Product is constructed of heavy duty material. Both ends of the "Dog Bone" have screw on connectors. It definitely will not come off the trailer and the cord will not separate from the connector. It is sure to keep any internal parts dry. The adapter came packaged in a sealed blister pack with instructions. The ends are a hard heavy plastic with the screw lock rings. The Cord itself is very thick, yet able to be flexed to the position you need it in.

Don't panic like I did

When it arrived I saw immediately that it was 120˚out of sync to hang vertically. I thought, "Why don't the sellers have a picture so I would have known it would not work with my camper. But it made no sense that it should be so restricted. So, I took the plug on my camper apart and found it could be rotated in 120˚ increments. I turned it and now it works perfectly. Good and sturdy, works great.

Great for heavy 50 amp power cords

This will save the weight and strain on your RV receptacle with your power cord as it allows the weight to hang down vertical to prevent plug damage

Solid gear

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to take some stress off the outlet to my RV, so I added this 90 degree power cable adapter. If you know how heavy the 50 amp power cords are, then you know what I mean to relieve the stress they put on the RV at a 90 degree attachment. I've use Marinco power cords on my sailboat before and was sold on their reliability. This adapter works like a champ and offers a decent seal where the adapter and power cord join. For the money, I feel this is a great piece of gear. Do not skimp on adapters like this when you're running this much power through them, especially exposed to the outdoors for extended periods. I should get many years use out of this gear.

Marinco nothing else need be said. Haven't checked for proper orientation on my rv yet but if it's off just rotate receptacle on rv.
