Works too good.

Works to good. Filter is too agressive and stopped up quickly. Using with hyroponic in ground reservoir with a submersible pump. Kept loosing pressure even using a 1/8 hp sump pump. Filter clogged with the suspended undesolved nutrient solids stopping flow. Need a filter element that has less filtration.

Works perfect

I've installed 100's of this type of filter, there is nothing wrong with these. They are MPT - male pipe threads Not MHT - male hose threads Meaning a water hose will not connect, they are "pipe threads". As for them getting broke, not everything has to be tightened as tight as you can get it.

The most practical filter

Even though an internal filter is a product made of nylon and the durability is uneasy, a clog of a douche is prevented perfectly. Regret is not carried out although it is regrettable to have lost the opportunity to confront Gilmour got clogged, thanks to this equipment. It is charm that it is also cheaper than the product currently sold in Japan about 50%. Even in a star, minus is that a mailing cost is not no charge.

Nice, great fitting filter

Just like I expected. It's as nice and well-fitting as the best of the on the market. My congratulations to the guys the made the mold for the product. They did a really good job..

The cap cracks, it happend to me and in another review.

The hose outlet cap cracked and sprayed water all over. I never used the cap, it is just a flaw in the design. There is another review with the same problem so this is a known issue. The cap is easy to replace but makes me wonder how long it will be before it cracks somewhere else that requires a new filter... Given how that these are plumbed in and s lot of work to change I would not buy it again and would get another brand with a better quality (thicker plastic)
