Great to warm up
I use these every time before doing sprints. Durable and good quality. Will buy again in the future.

Coloring is stupid and opposite their other products
With these cloth bands, blue means light and orange means medium, which is the exact opposite of their other bands made with rubber. That is dumb. It should be consistent.

Great to travel
I put these in my suitcase and travel with them often. I have several places I've found online that show different exercises you can do with them, so now I don't have to worry about having an in hotel gym, or going out to unfamiliar places to exercise, I can get good enough in my hotel room, stay safe, and these add no weight or space to my bags, so they aren't awkward to travel with either. I also use them at home and I've racked up quite the list of exercises to do with these.

Nice
I've always wanted to try resistance bands, and while these aren't quite what I was looking for to add to my routine, they are worth checking out! The overall quality is decent, and the nonslip material is definitely helpful. The bands seem pretty durable, but I haven't had them for a long enough period to attest to how well they hold up for sure. One thing to note - if you're new to resistance bands or just a whimp like me, the orange one is very difficult to get through a proper set of reps. This doesn't detract any stars - it's literally just a matter of getting used to the strength of the band and how to best utilize the resistance.

Comfortable resistance bands
I have used traditional rubber resistance bands for years and they have been fine, but I was excited to see that these are made from fabric. They are pretty stretchy and this set includes two bands, one medium and one light depending on how much resistance you want. The material is soft and doesn't pull or snag like other bands have that I have used in the past. They are really comfortable to use, even on bare skin. They feel a bit thicker than most of the rubber ones, but they are still fairly stretchy. The quality on these feel good and they should be able to withstand many workouts.

Nice Bands
I've been looking for a thicker band, but kept just getting resistance bands. I love a resistance band but I needed something thicker for glute exercises. I wish these were labeled with the resistance, but I liked them and they definitely have a strong resistance. I wish they had a velcro so you didn't have to step into them. But I also like that I know it isn't going to come apart mid-exercise.

Bands have same resistance, just different sizes
TL;DR: You ideally want two bands that are the same size but one is "harder to pull" than the other, because your range of motion is going to stay about the same when you move up from the lighter one to the tougher one. This set has two bands that are different sizes, which means those with small hips (like me) are going to find the light band useless. A little bit of physics for the uninitiated: When you workout, you apply force to something. The more force necessary, the harder the exercise is. The amount of force required to stretch a rubber band (or resistance band, in this example), is described by the resistance of the band, and the distance you want to stretch it. If we have two bands of the same size, the same exercise performed by the same person will stretch the bands the same amount. So how do we make one band harder to stretch? Increase its resistance. (This is what most resistance band sets do) If we have two bands with the same resistance, and we want to make one band be harder to stretch than the other, we make it smaller. (This is what this set does) Now, the issue with this, is that there's a decent difference in the lengths of the two bands. So if the small one fits comfortably when you're relaxed (legs closed), the long one is going to be too big, and you'll end up limiting the range of your exercise by not going all the way back to closed. Granted, most people are wider around the thighs than me, so this is probably a pretty extreme case, and both bands will be fine for most people. But if you're small like me, measure around your thighs and compare to the large resistance band before you buy!

Fabric Resistance Bands
Like many, we became much more adept at at-home workouts during COVID and with even smaller hand weights hard to come by early in the pandemic, we ended up with resistance bands and they've become a regular part of our at-home workout. While he prefers the long silicone bands for arms and shoulder workouts, I like these smaller loops for leg exercises. These fabric elastics are wider and less likely to bunch up or roll then their silicone counterparts, making these inexpensive set feel like a significant upgrade. All in all, resistance bands are small, cost-effective and an easy to store equipment that gives you a good workout without leaving your house, plus doesn't break the bank.
