I like this 8 pack of diaper genie liners, in general. The plastic on these is not as thick as the original diaper genie liners, but that doesn't mean they're not well made. They're sturdy, and because they're a little bit thinner, it is easier initially to get the bag to weigh down the mechanism for sealing the diaper genie lid shut. As for odor blocking, they do a decent enough job, although I feel like the thicker Diaper Genie pail liners do better at that than this version. The main advantage of this purchase is the quantity, as you don't always see this large of a quantity of pail liners for a decent price. The quality is standard, and nothing extravagant, but they get the job done.

Fits Diaper Genie

I have the classic Diaper Genie and these refills fit mine perfectly. The plastic film is a little thin. I also found that it doesn't block the scent as well as the blue refills. However, it does install easily. I also found that it was easy to start new bags and to rip the old bag off. This holds about 3 days worth of diapers from my 2 year old.

Nursery must have!!!

The diaper genie is a must have for all nurseries. These refills are needed often depending upon how many diapers are being changed and also depending upon how many babies are in your house at any given time. I saw this 8 pack refill and knew right away that this is what I needed! These are definitely the top brand to use in our opinion. They are strong and don't rip like other "off" brands do. They also seem to trap the terrible smell the best....the diaper genie does still smell when you push the foot pedal to open it to dispose of a diaper but I don't think that there is any avoiding this issue. What is best about this specific name brand is that once you remove a pail full of these, you tie the bag off and toss it out to the garbage......these do not rip and allow the dirty diapers to fall out like other brands do. These are the best on the market! We have used the diaper genie brand scented refills and I do like them better as the scent really helps to mask that terrible poopy smell of the baby diapers. This review is for the scent free refills.

Diaper Genie Refills

Before we had our baby people always told us a Diaper Genie was a waste. They were wrong. It is the best thing to help keep the smell from dirty diapers in the trash can. These refills work great! The bag continues to come out as one piece and you just tie it at the bottom to make it a bag shape. One refill usually lasts us around a month. Our daughter goes to daycare, so she's not home all day. Any way these are a necessity for any new parent!

Prefer these over blue bags

These are great! I love how thin the plastic is because it makes the diapers slide to the bottom way easier and I can tell I can fit way more diapers in.

Do what they're supposed to

These work perfectly in our diaper genie. Our son is no longer in diapers but still likes the clean feeling of wipes so we keep it in the bathroom for him to put his used wipes in. It really helps keep odors away.

Los estoy usando en un bote genie diaper Playtex y le quedaron perfectos. El material de la Bolsa es más delgado y en ocasiones llegas a percibir un poco el olor, pero no en extremo. Son transparentes, por lo que prefiero la otra marca genérica.
