Anchor size wrong

Product comes with the wrong size anchor — the screw is too small for it and won’t engage the anchor in the wall so the whole thing falls out of the wall with no tension. So we drilled an unnecessarily large hole in our plaster wall which we now have to patch and redo with a new hole and new anchor that we had to go buy and used instead. Waste of time and money on what should be a really straight forward, simple product.
