Slippery

Super slippery for indoor use but I put a bit of hot glue on the bottom of them for some grip, I do like that they are soft just incase my son falls on them but they are a bit small wish they were a bit wider. Overall ok

Slippery at first

These stepping stones are great! Only downside is they’re very slippery at first but once they get broke in, the slipperiness goes away.

Kids love these

These are so much fun! Bright colors. Very soft material. I do wish they stayed in place. They tend to slide around when you step on them if the floor is wood.

Slippery when on floors

My child likes playing with these. I would say the only thing they should fix is make them non slip when LVP floors and not carpet. Not all houses have just carpet so kids are more prone to getting hurt since they slip. For the price you think this would already be fixed.

Great, but small

These are great for my three year old. He loves playing the floor is lava with them. They are small. He could probably fit both feet on one but that’s it. Overall I’m happy.

“Slipping” stones

They’re nice and squishy but they slip all over the place, carpet and hardwood. We ended up scoring the bottoms and hot gluing some non-slip matting on, which solved the slipping stone issue.

Unexpected disappointment

I am a huge fan of National Geographic products. They’re always high-quality! Sadly, I can’t say the same for this. First of all, I only got eight stones in my box and they were all about the same size. I have other Riverstone sets and this one just doesn’t quite compare. The stones are funny and soft, and my students do enjoy using them, I just wish I had gotten the amount I was supposed to, and had more variety in size like the description led me to believe.

Great product, hours of fun.

The quality of these stepping stones is fantastic and my kids use them daily to play (e.g. pretend they are lily pads, rocks to avoid falling into lava, etc). The seller was great to deal with and they provide excellent customer service :)
