Average quality, made in China

Recently purchased this set from a retailer outside of amazon. The hammers are all decent quality, weight, balance and reasonably polished faces. The dollies leave a lot to be desired. Not all faces of the dollies are polished. Some faces are as cast and painted. Most inconveniently the flat face of the heel dolly is as cast, painted and has the word "FORGED" on the flat face of the dolly. Making that face entirely unusable. The spoons have a decent finish. The slapping spoon is very thick. Thickest spoon of this style I have ever seen. Not at all usable for prying to adjust door/fender gaps.
