They have helped.

I still feel a little pain, but it is much better now that I use the knee pads. I have had no problems with them slipping on the mat either. I am happy with them.

These save my knees and elbows!

They are lightweight but durable to help cushion my elbows and knees while I work out. They are game changers! Now I can exercise with confidence. Before I purchased these I would skip sections of my workout because I was afraid of hurting my knees or elbows. I don’t have to worry about this now and no longer skip parts of my workout!

Wonderful support for My knees

I am able to participate in all yoga positions now that my knees are cushioned.

Not as soft as I expected.

It actually hurts my knees if I loose my balance. I wear it for my heels in certain floor workouts and it works great.

I have a torn meniscus, it sucks. These have really been a game changer for helping me continue practicing yoga during recovery.

Not enough cushioning for my knee. Could have been thicker

I like how it looks. It's light and easy to move. I would have preferred it to be slightly thicker to cushion my knee more.

Interesting accessory

This are attractive, and colour coordinate with my yoga blocks, but they're relatively thin where it counts, and even though I haven't used them for a workout, I tried them and noticed that they slide on carpet. So remains to be seen how useful they are.
