Quick, Organized Install

Delta faucets have come a long way with the installation process and organization of the materials. Climbing into a small kitchen cabinet area cramped with a garbage disposal, and struggling with removal of the old, rusted fittings, it was about 3 hours total to install. Take away the removal work, the actual install of the new faucet hookup and checking for leaks (there were none) took about 25 minutes.

Just right!

What an upgrade! No more splashing water everywhere (had a gooseneck) and the low profile doesn’t obscure my kitchen window view. Works great, I’d recommend.

No dripping and positive shut-off.

The Moen Renzo so far is performing great! I have purchased high-end Italian designed kitchen faucets that have leaked been replaced and then leaked again. Dropped down to an American made high-end product and it leaked! It started to bind-up and became harder to completely shut-off. So, researched Amazon and found the Renzo at a most reasonable price and had it installed by a plumber. It works smoothly and so far no dripping! :)

Good overall.

Mounting the faucet was easy. However, after mounting with the cover plate provided, the faucet is not as sturdy as it should be. The entire unit rocks back when you turn it on and forward when you turn it off (about 1/8" each way). It could cause a metal fatigue failure in the future. But "Buy it for looks, Buy it for life" is an overall good Gurantee.

Easy install

Sprayer nozzle is plastic so some might not like that but it’s perfect as I have bad arthritis other than that it’s a omen what’s not good to say about them we love moen products

They aren't what they used to be.

I had a Moen styled like this that lasted a long time. I replaced the valve assembly twice over the years. That seemed reasonable. I felt it was reasonable to upgrade to newer but nearly identical model that had a different type of valve. The newer model didn't fit tightly. The older one was anchored to the counter top surrounding the sink. The newer model only tightened against the sink itself. The sink is stainless steel and flexes a bit. So the faucet did not feel tight. After two or three years the new one began to leak inside the body. I thought I could get a reaplacement on their lifetime warranty. NO they won't replace anything if you don't have the original sales receipt. SAVE YOUR RECEIPT. I bought another and tried upgrading to a slightly more expensive model. The fit is just as flimsy as the last one. I wish I had found a better brand. A year ago I replaced all the fixtures in four bathrooms with Moen fixtures. I didn't save those receipts either. I'll never buy Moen products again.

Hose missing

This review gets one star for the company that shipped it, not the quality of the product. We have this faucet in our home and like it very much so we bought it for another property we recently purchased. The product came in a timely manner, however, when our plumber opened the box, he found that the hose to the faucet was not inside. Major inconvenience as someone will be living there in three days and now we have a faucet that is not functional. Because of the timing we can't wait to return it or even ask for a hose to be shipped so we'll have to purchase the hose from a local plumbing supply store. I guess I can see why this faucet was so much cheaper than online at Home Depot! 2/21/13 I am changing my rating to a 5 star for this company. After contacting them about returning the faucet that had no hose enclosed, not only did they refund me, they also told me to not worry about returning the old faucet. They felt bad and didn't want to inconvenience me any more than I already was. Wow! Great company and customer service.

BEAUTIFUL AND FUNCTIONAL FAUCET

This is a beautiful and functional faucet. No issues with installing it myself. And since it's a Moen product, well hey, it's top-of-the-line. Not much else to say about a Moen product. You get what you pay for, and buying any Moen product is a very smart choice.

Nice faucet, easy installation, working beautifully, well suited for a shallow sink. My order went astray, I waited for 48 hours then called Amazon to complaint. They promptly rushed a replacement which I received the next day as promised. Thank you Amazon.ca.

Currently dealing with $20k in an insurance claim as this tap at only 13 months old broke at the top part and slowly leaked through my cabinets and destroyed my floor. Don't recommend!
