Uh, it's a down-rod for a rainshower....how much can you posibly say?

This was a very heavy piece. Installation pretty typical for a threaded straight pipe. Chrome finish matches "chrome color" of other Moen products. Quality was good. Feels a little pricey, but it was what we needed and are satisfied with it.

It's a real good 12" piece of chrome plated pipe, it would be nice if they made one with a male fitting on one end and a female fitting on the other, elminating the need for a coupling.

Shower head

After remodeling our bathroom we needed the rainfall shower head to come out a little farther from the wall. Other styles just didn't come out far enough or their threads got really tight before it was lined up properly. This extension is great, no worries about alignment, just screw the shower head on the end and we're done.

Did exactly what I wanted; very attractive

This pipe enabled me to bring out our shower head gooseneck far enough that now I can put my Speakman showerhead directly above my head, so a nice down-firing shower. The pipe has a neavy chrome plating and looks really good. It does what I wanted, and it does it well.

Perfect Workmanship

This Shower Arm Extension worked beautifully for me. Chroming is perfect and smooth. Threads are deep and clean unlike some of the stuff you find at local hardware stores. AS the old saying goes, You get what you pay for!!
