Makes my hair soft and manageable without being heavy or greasy

My beautician recommended this product which I bought at the salon. I now have it on a reoccurring order so I do not have to be running to the salon when I run out. This is a great product and I plan to continue using this product because it’s not heavy or greasy, and keeps my colored hair soft and manageable and it does not change the color of my hair.

Tightly packaged, no build up residue

Packaging: These things were packaged in plastic that was skin tight! I had to pick at them with scissors to get them free. There was no chance of leakage of any sort. Results: My hair is naturally thick, greasy, and I have a tendency to get build up easily so I have to switch shampoos often and wash every other day. I was recommended this brand from a tik tok hair stylist I love to watch and it's such an improvement. I can now go 3-4 days without washing and you would never tell. I could go longer, but 4 days is my max out of habit. My hair is soft, shiny, and lasts much better than any other drug store brand I've tried (I've tried a lot, btw, everything from dollar store to $25 shampoos and conditioners)

Soft body

Perfect Daily Conditioner. I use this conditioner along with the Daily Shampoo. This conditioner detangles, makes my hair soft, but doesn't over condition or weigh it down. Perfect for daily use. I am left with silky hair with soft body. I also use the Milk leave-in, which is also made by Milk Shake. Just love this.

Product was open and seemed to have spoiled-very disappointed

The conditioner was open and a small amount had leaked. In addition, having used this product in the past I knew what it should smell like. This bottle of conditioner smelled as thought it had gone rancid like oil sometimes does when kept too long. Will not order again. PS: You should take a lesson from Mrs. Meyers on how to ship liquids. Theirs are individually sealed so that nothing can escape and the item itself is taped shut.

Smell not very appealing, have to use a lot of product to see any effect

surprised I didn't like this much when the leave in conditioner foam is so good , the smell is a little like curdled milk rather than milkshake and the conditioner doesn't seem to do much have to use a lot as doesn't spread through wet hair very well, normally love their stuff but I'd not buy this again.

Hairdresser recommended for coloured hair

Lid gets gummed up regularly but conditioner is great and smalls very nice, and is the shampoo and conditioner my hairdresser recommended for coloured hair.
