Best pocket hole bit!
This pocket hole bit is WAY better than the one that came with my Masca. The screw does not tighten onto the drill bit but rather to the collar itself. This allows the collar to be placed anywhere on the bit and does not create gouges in the drill bit itself. Will definitely be a life long customer of this product.

not the same
the pilot bit was longer then a Kreg bit and caused the pilot to come out the end of the wood. this caused more work to clean up before jointing. The stop collar is a different size but it comes with its own allen so its not a big deal. The bit seemed longer and the stop collar had to be locked down on the spiral of the bit for thinner material. Not a fan of that. Its a little cheaper options but I'll be buying Kreg ones in the future.

Milescraft great quality and value
Milescraft step bits always seem to last for me longer and not break the first step of the bit as quickly as the other brands (Kr*g, Arm*+r). At this price point buy some extra just to have on hand.

Super sharp, very nice!
Much sharper and faster cutting than the bit that came with my XK-2 pocket cutter, will buy more.
