Dog walker's dream boots

Well-built, easy to slip on, good stability, comfortable, and water-proof. Best boot for taking the dogs out that I've ever found. I added better insoles, but otherwise pretty close to perfection.

Looks like snow boots...smell like new tires

Seriously what is with the lingering chemical smell ? They look like snow boots ( or so my friends say) and have that chemical smell. At least the keep my feet dry in the rain, and the sole provides a pretty good grip on most urban surfaces ( except maybe freshly waxed wet tile floors.) Fit runs as expected, for me at least. I don't wear heavy / thick socks, so if you do it might be a bit tight.

Comfortable Shoes, Waterproof, Rainproof, but can get a little heavy after a while.

Loved the fit, loved the sturdyness but they do get a little tiresome after a while. Laceless design makes these shoes very easy to put on and take off, but the weight and flat/non-cushioned inside makes walking in them difficult after 6+ hours of walking in my experience.

Great boot, just not for me

I loved the look and the feel of the boot around my foot. Unfortunately the leg opening was too large for skinny legs, and my foot/ankle easily slipped out of the back of the boot with every step I took. So buyer beware- if you have small legs/ankles, I wouldn't recommend these boots to you. Otherwise, definitely buy they them as they were super comfy and had great looks!

Great Walking Around Shoe

I live in mountains. Like, right amongst them. This is a great boot for just kicking it around town. It's not a hiker, it's not for activities, but it's a great all around boot for winter environments. Many reviews mention the fit and sizing. I have high arches and big bones on top of my feet, and while it is true that these were a bit snug to pull into the first couple of times, they broke in fast and aren't a problem in any way. I really like the fit and feel now that they're broken in. They have sturdy pull tabs fore and aft to make that easier, and I have no qualms recommending these.

Great design & function

I've been looking for boots this style for years! For me they are good sizing - size 10 is a tiny bit roomy, but great with thicker socks. Style is very cool, and they are easy to put on either with the loops, or with shoe horn (which works even better). Comfortable and sturdy. Recommended.

I love these boots!

just received them via Amazon 2-day shipping... props to Columbia for their awesome design on these boots. not bulky but can tell how they are sturdy and tough. can't wait to try them out in our Canadian winter weather. first time trying them was a but tight but the opening gave way and feet slipped in perfectly. Im thinking of getting another pair now, the black ones!
