I track the miles on these shoes and since spring I have over 400 miles walk/ran on trails and logging roads some of which are broken concrete. I only use these shoes for trail running and I run 3-4 miles a several days in a week on them. They have held up very well, tread is still good and they are supportive. My trail running app has shoe replacement at 300 miles and at 409 they are still going strong. They are ligh and even on the broken concrete (2-4 inch chunks) the soles still provide adequate padding. I’m 67yo, 5’8” and 163lbs male. I will buy these again.
