Everyday use and lasted 2 years.

I've worn these almost everyday for the last two years and am just now looking to replace. They are not completely worn out but the treads are smooth and starting to peel. They are a must if you need foot support but don't want to wear sneakers around the house all day. I'm a size 13 and I bought size 13 and they fit perfectly. I wear socks with them always and have no issues. They are not cheap but they are worth every penny.

Maybe shouldn't have listened to size suggestion?

I ordered a size larger based on the reviews and at first I thought it was about right but the position of the arch seemed too far back (towards the heel) compared to the Powerstep insoles. However, if my heel is right at the back, they're OK. I think that's how they were designed to be worn but I'd bet most people aren't used to wearing slides/flip flops like that. I jam my feet into a slide and expect a little room on the back side. I just don't think that's how these were designed. I'm considering ordering my exact size because when I wear them with my heal right at the back edge they're OK, they cup my heel nicely but I have extra room at the front...

Finding the right size is a crap-shoot.

I called Powerstep to ask about sizing after reading multiple reviews that complained about it. The rep said order normal shoe size. I did&they were way too small. Returned&ordered one size larger than normal. In The new pair the right one was just right but the left was too large by a sock size. I have to wear a sock on the left or it is too large. The foot bed is excellent! I have had lots of pain since a podiatrist mutilated my foot in bunion surgery. I can say these slides help reduce the pain. However, the instep strap on both feet are stretching out. I must now wear socks on both feet. I am not impressed by the material used in fabrication of these slides. I don't think I would order them again.
