I like these shoes completely so far

Keeps a shine very well, almost as well as "corfam" shoes. It appears that something at or by gas pedal in my truck puts major scratches in shoe. You may want to take these shoes off and put in safe place when driving vehicle. Per vehicle code in California and possibly other state, you may want to have other shoes on when driving. Otherwise, I like these shoes completely so far. Had them for a couple of months. More time needed to know how durable they are. They costed me less than a few stores I took up time driving to that did not have the shoes as promised.

Wonderful chukka

I am a professional postman of 30 years. Have used Thorogood and rocky through my time and have found rocky is the better product. I have a walking route by choice to keep me in good health. This is a great boot with an insert. I have used the protalus m75 insert, I know it said medium but it is perfect. I have a size 11 regular and it works. Great boot for me, maybe for you too ! A better price than my allotment with uniform companies!!! I will buy another pair!

Worth the buy. Good bang for the buck

I have a narrow foot so it fits well. Would not be a good fit for wide foot or very high arched foot unless you have an insert. Footbed is kind of flat. If the foot bed was a bit more arched or came with a more arched insert this would've been a 5 star rating. That being said this is a better buy and has better craftsmanship than it's competitor, Bates. The sole is also thicker and longer lasting (I've had both in my 20+ year law enforcement career).

Boots shined up nicely, however I order size 11 extra wide, which turns out they fitted too perfect, could of used a size 11.5 extra wide for true comfort and support. I generally always but foot inserts inside of my boots for softness on my soles due to medical reasons. Other than that the boots are great.

Nice Shoe Size is way off

I wear 10 W (EE) in boots and shoes. I ordered the 10EE arrived as a 10W and fit like a 10 Minus EE. Could not get my foot into the shoe. Looked good and appeared to be well made... but I will never know. Not too happy with Amazons policy saying some shoes are retured post paid and some are not. This pair is not return post paid. Beware.

Painfully uncomfortable.

Nice looking, but very uncomfortable. They leave red indents on the tops of my feet from the construction. There seems to be a lump of material or something sewn into the underside of the tongue, which after a couple hours, really starts to hurt. If I didn't throw away my old boots before trying these first, I would have returned. I'm hoping I can break them in...

Not what I expected from Rocky. Very disappointed

Very dissatisfied with this product. I have worn many different pairs of boots and these are by far the most uncomfortable and worst quality I've worn. The leather was very stiff and not moldable to feet. Thought they might have needed a longer break in period but the upper tongue rubbed against my upper foot and caused a lot of pain. Has been about 4 days now and still have some soreness/redness and swelling. Wore them maybe 4 times and to add to the problem, the lace on the right boot tore/ripped in half when tying them up. Very disappointing considering the absolute best and well constructed boot I've EVER owned were the S2V boots made by Rocky. I definitely expected more and maybe should have took other bad reviews in consideration before purchasing.
