Great line

A better flourocarbon!

This is one of the best lighter line weight flourocarbons that I have used - I have it in 2, 4 and 6 lb test. I use the 4 and 6 lb test as leader material wit 5 and 8 lb test braid for spin fishing. I have had no issues using it with a uni-knot to join it to the main line, and either a modified cinch or Palomar knot to secure the lure.

Better than Braid

For me, DAIWA J-FLUORO SAMURAI works better than braid, especially in Ultralight situations. It’s not as supple as braid but no wind knots and it is much easier to rig. I removed the braid I was using and replaced it with DAIWA J-FLUORO SAMURAI 4lb test. It’s great to cast lures and plugs from 4gm - 7gm. I highly recommend DAIWA J-FLUORO SAMURAI.
