Works well

Love this for being able to keep my dogs separated when necessary as well as my child out of certain areas when I’m cleaning the house. Sometimes I have a hard time though when I need to secure it to the wall or taking it down by moving the handle in opposite direction

Swing gate

We bought the baby gate to keep our two small dogs from running outside of our front courtyard. Although it works well, it's not as sturdy as I would like it to be.

Worthwhile for the price and effort to install

We use one of these gates outside for the porch to keep the dogs in while the back door is open. It's easy to put up and easy to operate. The only thing I don't like in regard to function is the little screw on foot is constantly coming undone with the open and close action. I found that a small amount of silicone is very helpful such to keep it in place. It's good for right over a year, give or take, based on sun exposure. It finally became so brittle that the dogs just pushed through it.

Sturdy

We use this gate outside at the top of our deck stairs to keep our dog from running down them when we open the door. I used the bracket to screw it into the deck opening. It works really well and is very sturdy. I do find that it is sometimes hard to open. The design of the lever isn't the best. I've found the specific "feel" to open it but my wife still has trouble with it. I suppose for children this is a better feature. Other than that I like the gate and would recommend it for indoor or outdoor use.

Swinging door is more complicated than videos make it seem

I guess it's my own fault for not looking into this more, but I was super bummed you have to install the adhesive strips in order to use the swinging door function :( I may still do it, but I was hoping it'd be a little more simple, like the gates with the walk through latch up top. Even if I do install the adhesive, i'll still have to bend halfway down the gate in order to open the "swinging door". Pretty bummed I could have paid $4 more and got a gate like I actually wanted.
