Pretty spiffy looking

I bought this because the last one I purchase was glass and I accidentally knocked it off the table and broke it so I wanted something that I knew it would be a little more durable. This one looks pretty cool, and it works well

Not at all what I expected

I thought that these would be a lot more substantial than they are. They will be fine for the remainder of the summer (it's late August now) but I'll be looking for something else come spring. I kind of thought that this was a late summer bargain for the price, but nope, its worth the $16 I paid for it and not really any more.

Worked well and No leakage

Waited to write this review just to make sure we did not have any problems. Be sure to screw the fluid cylinder into the stand tightly. Only expose 1/4 inch of the wick and fill with enough fluid that leaves one inch from the top. The equals about one cup. Use a funnel to add the fluid. We used citronella fluid. Used all summer without any problems.

Can get messy

Messy things. Oil does escape a bit at the top and filling it is a challenge as it is easy to overfill and spill because you can't see the level. Surprisingly heavy, hard to tip over, easy to light and the flame is tall, so don't underestimate the height clearance requirements. Overall a good product, just keep a paper towel handy as the oil seems to expand/escape at the top seal.

Overall nice torches. Removing the tops to fill them is a little tough. Have been outside for a few months now on uncovered deck. No issues.

Coulda been great

It was a good price, we bought two, one was broken, contacted the brand they said to contact Amazon for refund or replacement and all thar happens when you try to do it at Amazon.com it just goes in circles, very disappointing. Just want one replacement.

WORST LOOKING PRODUCT FOR THE MONEY I HAVE PURCHASED AND AD IS VERY MISLEADING

AD INDICATES NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED HOWEVER IT COMES IN A SMALL BOX WITH SEVERAL PIECES TO PUSH AND SCREW TOGETHER.. PICTURE LOOKS VERY ROBUST AND SOLID BUT IN REALITY IS VERY THIN METAL WITH ZERO WEIGHT AND A VERY SMALL SCREW ON TORCH HEAD AND THEY LOOK LIKE THEY SHOULD BE SOLD AT THE DOLLAR STORE. I WOULD BET THESE WOULD BEND OR THE HEAD SNAP OFF IN A STRONG WIND OR STORM AND IF THESE LAST A COUPLE OF MONTHS TOTAL I'D BE SURPRISED. EVEN THOUGH I JUST RECEIVED THESE TODAY AND TRIED TO SEND THEM BACK IMMEDIATELY THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED WHICH IS RIDICULOUS AND JUST A BIG SCAM AS THEY HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN USED . SAVE YOUR MONEY I KNOW I WILL BE EXTRA CAREFULL WITH MY NEXT AMAZON PURCHASE AS THIS IS TRULYT A CASE OF BUYER BEWARE.

Very flammable!! Be CAREFUL!!

The media could not be loaded. This was the second time we have ever used these. And one out of four started sparking and caught fire!! The citronella fluid started to come up the wick and overflow down the canister. The flame caught the entire canister on fire. They are much shorter than expected and appear to be cheaply made. They do look nice and seem to keep the mosquitoes at bay and give off a nice flame (until one catches fire)!!!

Esta padrísimo el diseño, se ve bastante bien como decoración en la terraza a la vez que ayuda a quemar la citronella. Amigos que la han visto les ha encantado y preguntado por ella.
