Drain is nice enough, but…
I do think this drain looks nice and is well made. The only thing that I don’t like about it is that it doesn’t have a removable basket for hair. I took for granted that it would have one as every other drain I’ve bought has come with one. To clear the drain, you have to unscrew the pop up and use tweezers to pull anything out of the cross. It just isn’t terribly convenient, especially in a bathroom that tends to get hair in the drain. The upper flange on this drain is flat, rather than angled, which is hard to see from the product photos, so it won’t work for all sinks.

Great fit for bowl vessel sinks
Excellent fit for a glass vessel bowl sink. No extra sealants or putty needed.

Fixed our slow draining sink
FINALLY, the proper drain for our integrated glass sink that lacks an overflow. Wish we had found this drain originally. The drain before this one had a perforated grate and that seemed to cause an air flow problem that resulted in a very slow drain. Didn’t need the mounting ring but could not tell that before we received the package. Fits our sink perfectly. It looks a little larger than some drains but we are fine with that. A bonus is that water does not splash out of the sink when it hits the pop up part.

Excellent drain for vessel type sink
Excellent drain for vessel type sink. Very easy to install and has a nice finish. Mounting ring is a plus and these are needed for all vessel sinks to install properly. Next vessel sink I install I will re-order this item. I highly recommend it and as a former plumber I found it as a quality item.

Looks really good!
I'm going to put it in this weekend. I'm sure everything will be fine. I bought another one about a year and a half ago and it's just wonderful. I have hard water (with a water soiftner) but with a little limeaway it cleans up beautifully! I also love the looks of the top of the drain and it's cool the way you just press the top down to close and press again to drain.
