I was hesitant….

After reading some of the reviews I was unsure about this costume but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s really stretchy so I could’ve gone down a size but it looked great. I was really comfortable and got a lot of compliments

The necklace is the downfall of this costume

I loved how the costume fit. It was for a birthday party Egyptian theme. I felt fabulous for the most part, However the plastic “necklace” which is stitched to the dress came broken. It ripped from the dress itself and the string to attach to the back of the neck also came disattached. My mom had to stitch it back on herself since I could not return it and needed the costume. Additionally while at the party the fabric was heavy so the stitching came apart breaking loose from the necklace piece. The neck piece needs to be more sturdy. I kept panicking about my chest coming out. I have attached pictures.

Poor quality

The rubber of the chest piece arrived melted on to the fabric and needed to be ripped to be used.

Dress was stitched incorrectly.

Overall the dress was nice, fit as expected. The issue I had was the front of the dress was actually stitched on the side. So the short end of the dress, which should have at the front, was on my right leg. I had to take it to a seamstress to fix this error.
