Love the design

Looks very nice on table setting. Napkin holder could have deeper, doesn't hold very many napkins. Overall I am satisfied

Beautiful but not practical

The salt and pepper shaker, the spoon, and the napkin holder are absolutely beautiful and look great in my kitchen. But what was really impressive was Amazon's customer service. The napkin holder arrived broken into different pieces, but when I called Amazon, they immediately sent me a new one, no questions asked. I appreciated the great customer service. The only problem is that the napkin holder is so small. When you put napkins in it, they bend and fall over. This is beautiful, but not practical.

Euro Ceramica Zanzibar completer sets were low availability but I got all of them...

I started buying Euro Ceramica Zanzibar dishes and, I realized after ordering the place settings, that only the chip/salsa completer set was in stock on Amazon. All the other -- bowl set, canisters, pitcher, platter/bowl set, and these napkin caddy S&P spoon rests -- were out of stock, not any certain date of availability. But I still saved them to my wishlist and also marked the "email me when available" where that option was shown. Not everything had that option. This set of salt/pepper shakers and the napkin holder and the spoon rest was one of the last to arrive. There was a slight blemish on the shakers -- both had tiny defects where unglazed material was stuck on top of the glaze. It was down low on the sides and I was able to remove most of it using a knife and scraping it away. I would have considered returning it but again there was no availability for reorder. Funny thing, another set arrived in two weeks that was not fulfilled by Amazon... came from a direct supplier. Maybe they knew? Anyway the new set had no defects. I'm quite happy with the full set of service for 12 and all the completer pieces. Used it for the Thanksgiving family meal and I think everyone enjoyed the look of these new dishes.

A beautiful addition to my current dish order

I bought these items to go with my new dish set and they're just perfect. The only thing is that I wish that the napkin holder was bigger. My napkins tend to fall over when I place them in the holder. Other than that I'm very pleased with the items.
