Love it so far. Fast shipping. Easy to install.

Bought it to replace our Brondell which I also loved but was very expensive (it lasted a long time just finally gave up the Ghost). This is just as good just isn't heated which in truth I almost never used on the Brondell. This is a nice shape also. Silent slow close and easier to clean than the old seat.

So easy to install and quite sturdy!

I was hesitant after reading reviews to make this purchase. In the end I opted to defer to my own judgement and see for myself. I’m so glad I did! The ease of installation was astounding. It took less than five minutes to install and only a couple more to make adjustments for the fit. The seat is comfortable and sturdy for a medium build. The overall aesthetic is sleek. The soft close feature is what prompted me to want a change. The added features are a bonus! Recommend 5 of 5!

If you want a Lighted Toilet Seat, this is perfect!

It's a weak system with the battery compartment being fragile and the snap-on connection easily broken by twisting on the seat. But, if you want the lighted bowl, which is nice for children in the night, and the scented fan, then this is for you.

Well … I will not have issues finding my toilet at night … if this toilet was outside the Chinese spy ballon would blow on over and investigate it as a potential new technology!

Works for the most part

Good fit on toilet. Fan/carbon filter does help some. Scent part does not work. We can’t smell any scent. Light feature is nice at night, don’t have to turn the bathroom lights on.

This is our 2nd seat of the same model. While the night light & mini-fan are admitted gimmick accessories, I really liked how easy the seat removal is for cleaning. After 5 months, the base which latches to seat became loose and led to the dreaded loose seat syndrome. I decided to try the same model one more time to see if it was a fluke or poor quality & workmanship. If the 2nd seat breaks from same issue I’ll try to update this review to save others the wasted expense & time we’ve invested.

The odor problem in one of my bathrooms was getting out of hand so I purchased this toilet seat. It has almost eliminated the odor using its charcoal filter. You need to give the toilet time to clear the odor. I recommend you stay seated for 30 seconds after flushing to allow the toilet seat to clear the odor. The avocado scent is barely noticeable but covers up any lingering odor. The seat took only 15 minutes to install including reading the instructions and removing the old seat. The part that attaches to the toilet has self centering wing nuts with a single wing. The wing lodged against my toilet so I didn’t need to hold it. However once it starts getting tight, I would recommend you back it out slightly and hold it with your fingers so that there is not permanent pressure on the plastic wing. I would also only tighten it moderately since the fixture is plastic. The seat requires two D batteries. If you don’t need the night light and want to prolong battery life, hold down on/off switch for 3 seconds when you turn on the toilet seat. One very minor flaw I found was the toilet seat is not perfectly centered left to right on the bowl. I would say it is probably off by one eight inch. You will also have to get used to the “soft landing” seat. When I put it up, it bounced back and I thought it was going to close. This is the way it is supposed to work. I got used to it after a few weeks and now I really like it. You also have to get used to the way the seat attachment protrudes into the toilet bowl. At first men might think they are going to pee on it. Soon you realize that this is not a problem. This review was based on two months of use.

A little expensive but worth it

It makes it so easy to clean by removing and clicking it back. The lights work perfectly for night usage, and the quality is great.

Not for uk toilets

This is a great idea and works , these are design for the usa style toilet and don't fit on a uk toilets the hole centre are different ,i got around the issue by making a adapter plate It would of been a easy 5 star if it was a straight forward fit

Only lasted one year

Had for only one year, then the plastic hooks that attached the removable seat to the base broke. Kohler warranty’s one year and it was a week past. Tried calling Kohler since there’s nothing on the website for toilet seat warranties. A recording tells you to visit the site then hangs up. Not worth the money unless it works and last!

Fan didn't even last 1 year. Very disappointing.

Bought in October 2020. Fan stopped working in August 2021. Thought product was suppose to be good quality, guess not.

Never again

Bought in March and it snapped around the hinges the plastic did not even last 6 months. I am a huge Kohler customer totally disappointed with this product.
