As shown

Stopper as shown. The screw on mine had disappeared down the drain so this fixed that issue. The description did not say if it came with screw and seal but it does.

Does not fit Kohler 1068204 Cartridge Assembly!

This is a review for Kohler 1056135-CP: It's a good quality but it does not fit Kohler 1068204 Cartridge Assembly. 3 stars because the listing really needs to show the back side of the product since from the front they are identical. This one has a long stem attatched to the back. I have no idea what type of toe tap drain this fits on. The one you may be looking for is Kohler 1056135-CP Stopper Stub Assembly. That one will screw onto the top of the Kohler toe tap cartridge and looks exactly the same as this one without the long stem in the back. They also have one that is brushed nickel (Kohler 1056135-BN). I've included a comparison of the two parts just in case I hope this maybe saves someone some money
