Overall a good product.

The set screw that's holds the bracket to the mounting plate was difficult to tighten. A hex head screw would be easier to deal with. The finish and overall appearance and design of the hardware is very good.

They are beautiful.

All in the details :) Only gripe I have is that the toilet paper part in the middle with the spring is plastic. but you cant tell unless you touch it, so that doesnt bother me in the long run. They are beautiful.

Not oil rubbed bronze

These are well made, but the color is more black than oil rubbed bronze, so I have to return them as they don’t match my other hardware.

Hardware not compatible

The hardware provided to secure the fixtures to the wall were too small and not compatible- could not support the fixtures. We reached out to the seller and did not receive a response.
