company integrity

Company aware of coating problem and replaced immediately no problems. My trap flaked painted coating off as the other peoples' pictures here show. Called their support number and had new product 2 days later. I gave it 4 stars, waiting to see if the new ones really last.

The white paint peels off.

The flange is heavy weight brass painted white. It was fine for the first several months, but then the paint started to peel. Fortunately, it is brass under the paint and matches the knobs on my cabinets.

Perfect!

Exactly what I needed. It fit perfectly and was a complete match for our new granite composite sink. This also acts as a strainer collecting food and when you press the plunger further, it stops the water from going down the drain. My old one always had to sit slightly off to act as a strainer. This is perfect in every way.

finish chipping.

I would like to know if I can replace just the stainer, because the finish is chipping badly.

Paint chipped off almost immediately

These are not high quality. The paint chipped off almost immediately after cleaning it. Because installation and removal would be cumbersome I had to use an enamel kit and repaint the product to keep it from peeling anymore and to make it white again.

Finish wears off

I’ve had it installed for a year now. The dark finish has worn off about 50% so it looks like a copper color. Not a huge deal because it’s in sink bottom but still don’t think it should wear off that quick.

Perfect ORB kitchen laundry sink drain

The metal and build is very sturdy. Easy install. Check to see if rise from p-trap is same from prior installation for good fitment. may need extension. Finish is very good..Color match with other Oil Rubbed Bronze is very good. The mechanism for the basket is smooth and sealed well to hold water completely.

Good for money, but paint no holding up

Paint is peeling off the insert portion. Now it showing stainless metal underneath.

THE CRAPPIEST PIECE OF CRAPPY CRAP!

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!! Hands down, the worst item I have bought from Amazon in over 15 years of ordering. We have spent months renovating our kitchen, and it looks marvelous (I must say) except for the plug in the sink, we bought a black plug to go with our black sink and within a week the ‘black paint’ had almost entirely chipped off leaving an unsightly and far from matching brass plug in it’s place. Well that’s the problem right there, PAINT !!!!!! can you believe it? It’s just a coat of black spray paint, it’s not baked on or an integral part of the surface in any way. Of course it’s going to chip off, especially when exposed to hot water and alot of activity like...oooh...I don’t know....WASHING THE DISHES!!!! or something crazy like that. If I was responsible for producing a product of such poor quality and ripping off my fellow man in such a brazen manner, I would have to go home to my children and say, ‘Kids your daddy/mummy is a complete failure in life... under no circumstances follow in my footsteps or find inspiration in my moral fiber or work ethic’.

These are great

Bought a pair of these for our new Blanco black sink. They are very high quality and fit the sink perfectly. 100 times better than the cheap plastic crap that came with the sink.
