Arrived quickly and was packaged nicely, as a hat should be. It's shape has some dents but, I can deal with them. The size is SM/MD and a bit big. I had to rig it with some elastic on the inside and it fits fine now. Too bad there's no Extra Small for those of us with tiny heads.

Needs to have an insert to keep from damage during shipment

Love the hat but it didn’t have an insert to keep it from being mashed in shipment. Came in wrinkled. I have it on one of my inserts so hopefully it will straighten out.

Love the hat... I have a very small head.. unfortunately it’s hard to find hats in a small.. so I ordered a small medium... a tiny bit big but still I rock in it.. yes love the hat
