I wanted to like this so badly.

I am sorry to say that I can't give this a good review. I almost never dress for Halloween, however I decided to put some effort into this year. I looked over many different vests before settling on this one. I liked it's layout a lot. I liked it so much that when I got it I never checked it, assuming it was as advertised. First mistake. It was a LOT smaller than I expected. It barely reached my navel in length. I am 5' 9" and stocky so I assumed an X-Large would fit. The straps that fit around the sides were not secure so it kept coming undone if I turned too much. I looked like I was wearing an airplane flotation vest instead. Worst of all it didn't come with the pictured S.W.A.T. emblems. Some of the reviews mentioned that theirs came with them but it actually never stated this in the description so I wasn't sure. There were empty snaps where they could be attached just no emblems themselves. I was told that from behind I looked like I had "bedazzled" a black vest because it was just an empty black field with lots of snaps on it. The vest itself is well made, and of a good quality material, it was just incomplete and fit poorly. I ended up with nothing to wear to the party. If you have a slight build and want to order this feel free. Just realize everywhere there is writing in the image there is in actuality a large number of snaps on black Velcro.

The vest itself is great, looks very authentic and came with both SWAT and Police patches. I'm nearly 6'3', so the vest didn't fit me as well as I had hoped (left about 5" from my pants to the bottom of the vest). But, it must be realistic because several people that knew me thought something serious was going on as I walked up to my office until they realized it was me. There are a lot of places to put patches via hook and loop, plus lots of pockets for 'gear' if you are so inclined to by gear. I purchased handcuffs and a badge to complete the look and think it was a successful look!

This policeman/swat team vest, looks real, great quality!

The best is awesome, It actually looks like a real swat team police vest. It runs a little bit smaller in size, I ordered a size large for a teenager, he is tall and thin and it fits him. I can’t imagine it fitting up larger man. I would order a size or two larger for a man than he actually is

Great outfit. Good quality. Love the extra SWAT and POLICE patches.

This looks quite REAL. It is well constructed and fits me (6' 190 pounds) perfectly. I appreciated the extra SWAT and POLICE patches, as I gave one to my fiancee who accompanied me in a Police Woman outfit, and she was able to sew it onto the back of her costume for additional "pop".

Size runs a bit short

This product was well made and looked a lot like an actual police flack jacket. The patches attach with Velcro so you can rearrange them or remove them and add your own easily. However, even in the extra large size, it was very short on my 6'4" husband. But he wore it anyway and it was fine for Halloween.

This product was way better then expected

This product was way better then expected! Seller did a bad job picturing item so I took a 50/50 chance. I am blown away at the quality and how realistic it is. Don't let the pictures fool you. I don't like cheap looking items so believe me when I say it. Soooooo happy with product and quality. Thank you!!! Seller: recommend taking better pictures. You would sell WAY MORE! Lol.
