Too big

Super cute boot. I normally wear a size 8 and sometimes 8.5, depending on the shoe. I ordered the 8 and the boot felt very bulky to walk in. I put a thick Christmas sock on and then walked around outside and it felt much better. The only problem is that I was looking for a rain boot for when the temperature was 50-75 degrees and now the only way I can wear the boot is with a thick warm Christmas sock :(. It is too late for me to return the boot (I missed the one month mark). I wish I was able to return for the size 7.

Perfect fit, and very comfortable

These boots have an actual gusset at the top, not just a decorative buckle, so they can be adjusted to fit around heavy pants.

Hiked 8+ miles in these boots!

P.S. Long-overdue update. Unfortunately, the boots survived less than a year. After that hike, the boots were used only to service backyard bird feeders - 3-min walks, literally. Vertical seams in the back broke, then soles detached. Not good. The description honestly states that these boots are not for sport activities. But the company cared to develop a cute logo, marching ink-blot "nomad," so I decided to give the boots a try on the notoriously muddy trail to Shi Shi Beach in WA (granted, using double socks to prevent chafing). Fording creeks and mud and walking on sand was a breeze, I didn't need my hiking boots. Also, I use these boots daily to walk around the property. So far, so good. Easy to put on, easy to take off.

Heal is already worn

Originally I loved these boots. Needed them for wet morning grass when walking my dog (they are definitely waterproof). However, just noticed that the heal is worn already on one of the boots. Mainly wear them in the grass so this shouldn't be happening (have only had them about two weeks). They are also a little big since there were no half sizes -- but I kinda expected this. If the heal hadn't worn already, would have given them a five star rating.

Lasted almost a whole year...

Love the design. These are actually comfortable boots that feel like they have lots of life left in their 'souls' haha... nothing wrong with the way they walk. I love that part. Super comfy, worked great for about a year then started breaking down … really with winter I only wore them a few months last year and about one month into them currently and there are holes in many places where the material simply is breaking down and not wearing well. Side wall and front in middle of materials are weather cracking almost, noticed last month my left sock was getting wet where the top of the boot is separating from the bottom about a 1/2" crack opening up. I hate filling up landfills with stuff like this... this should last me several years since I take care of them. Disappointed they aren't lasting. Just found a usa brand sloggers and placed order directly with them they guarantee them 100%.

Totally Great!

These arrived today and they're great! First, just as pictured - although the description is 'red' they ore more orange as in the picture. Second, they are very roomy, even at the calf and I am a bigger gal. Was worried about the calf area but plenty of room. They're actually a tad large in the foot, but with heavier socks they're perfect. Or...I can give to my daughter and buy another pair a smaller size in a different pattern, and enjoy two pairs! :)

I like the boot I usually wear 8 1/2 but a lot of reviews said they ran big so I ordered a 7 would have been better if they had 1/2 sizes but they are okay

Not worth the money

Unfortunately they didn't last very long before the bottom started to dis-integrate and the sides were coming apart.
