Best Jeans Ever!

First, I have to say I almost never write reviews but these are just that good. Second, I need to specify that this review is for the ones called "Bl blue" that have an artfully ripped hole in the knee. I also ordered a pair called "blue" and I sent them back because they were no where near as amazing as these. The waistband was tighter and itchy. The tag called them jeans vs jeggings which I assume is what made the difference. I ended up going to the Democracy website and ordering another pair like the first "Bl blue" ones in a different shade of blue (though not with the nicer amazon prize with free prime shipping unfortunately). They are equally amazing!! In fact, I got rid of every other pair of jeans I own because I will never choose them over these. I have washed and dried them- no issues whatsoever. I do always wash my clothes on cold/delicate and remove to hang or lay flat before they are fully dry. I doubt I'd have an issue though even if drying these on full blast. They are very stretchy BUT with that said, they do not stretch out or get baggy 20 minutes after you put them on. I've worn the same pair 2-3 times before washing and they have the same fit every time. To start with, I am fairly average size but after having 4 kids I have a mommy pooch that you know, is not ever going to go away without expensive surgery so I was looking for something that was flattering in that area and was comfortable- didn't dig in painfully. These meet and exceed those goals. I could literally sleep in them if I had to they are that comfortable but at the same time look really nice and can easily be dressed up or down. The soft band inside holds you in snugly but comfortably. It makes them feel more like leggings than jeans but they look more like jeans than leggings (with real zipper and button). Now that I own two pairs I doubt I really need any more but if I do I will not look anywhere else. For anyone wanting to know, since the description doesn't include it. The "Bl blue" ones are "Ab"solution Booty Lift Jeggings which according to the tag come "featuring slimming panels construction to mold and hold and boost your assets" that they do!

I'M GLAD I ORDERED THESE WHEN I DID.

I ordered these jeans and another pair in boot cut and they are by far the most comfortable jeans I have ever had! I'm glad I ordered them when I did because I see they are no longer available. PLEASE bring them back! Extra nice is the double belt loop in the back, as the belt tends to lay much flatter than it does when there is just one loop. Maybe space them out a tiny bit more, maybe half an inch between.

So Comfy and the style is gret

I LOVE these pants. They are cut just right for me and very stretchy (although they don't appear like jeggings). I'm really short, so I fold the extra length under. I like that they don't squeeze too much at the waistband. I've always been a size 10, but right now, I've put on weight to a size 12 (which is what I bought) and these are my favorite jeans by far. Worth the money I think -- since they fit right immediately. Nice quality... (5'2" 157 pounds)

Best fit I could’ve ever imagined

After having two kids, I went from buying any brand of Jeans in my size and loving the look to suddenly nothing looks right. I got these jeans on and literally felt like crying, but for once, not from frustration. These jeans look so good on me that I can barely stop looking at my own ass in the mirror. And that’s a far far cry from how I’ve been feeling lately. Would recommend to anyone who is fed up with looking for jeans. Look no further!!

If you only buy one pair of jeans in your life... THESE are them!!!!

Most jeans give me muffin top, sag at the butt, slouch down with my active lifestyle. Eventually I have to wear a belt and my jeans look sad and worn after a few washes. Instantly after putting these on, I just knew. It was heaven! They somehow made my lower stomach/hip area feel snug and controlled, yet No muffin top. I practiced squatting around in them, did a few jumping jacks, etc. There was no shift or need for adjustment. I was amazed. Truly, I did not want to take them off. Felt like second skin but durable. I don't know what kind of magic is in these, but keep it coming! If I wash these a few times and they fall apart, I'll revise my review. But after raving to family about these and those who know about Democracy already, I have a hunch they'll stand the test of time. Okay, they're a little pricy, so start off with a pair that are on a good discount. So far, I can say I'd spend the retail price for the luxury of a good, flattering pant. Love love love!

Recently postpartum and looking to get back into “real pants” again post maternity leave. These are SO comfy! They have a great fit while giving you the wonderful feeling of stretchy maternity pants I grew to love. Will definitely be ordering more!

Love my Democracy jeans!

I love the Democracy jeans. They fit great and are comfortable. I've bought several pairs in different colors. Of the 3 pairs I got this time the white pair were noticeably bigger. You could tell just by holding them up to the other pairs in the order (same size). Also I'll say that the white you can sort of see thru (ie: the tag on the seam you could see the black writing on it thru the material and the pockets). I'll cut the tag out if I keep them but TBH the amount of money these jeans cost normally you would think the white ones would not be see thru. I have cheaper white jeans/pants unlined and not see thru. Overall, the denim and the black I got are great. They keep the color and don't stretch out to falling down & saggy after wearing a few hours. I'll buy again.

Love these

I bought 2 of these for a good price and they look great! The white ones are a tiny bit see through but not too bad and are bigger than the blue denim. I’m 5’7 and 145 and the white are size 4 and blue are a 6. The stretchy material makes them so comfortable and they make your butt look fabulous! Buy them!

LOVE these jeans!!

These are a very flattering fit - by far my most fav jeans. Nice amount of stretch and the waist is mid-height and not too high. Fit and hug perfectly as expected!! Love the material - soft, stretchy, but still has the black "jean" look. LOVE THEM!

I have been searching for comfortable jeggings and the only brand that I liked were the Rock & Republic, which are very nice and comfortable, but wanted to try another style. one with a zipper instead of pull ons jeans. these are really really nice. Very happy about them. Would recommend !
