22 oz is the perfect size

I got this water bottle because Wirecutter told me to, and they were right. The bottle fits sideways in a slim side pocket in my gym bag as well as in all the cupholders I've attempted (car, exercise equipment). It's unwieldy with liquid inside because it's narrow and long, so it always feels like it's going to tumble, including when drinking from it, but it never has. 22 oz is the perfect size for an hour-long exercise bout. It does not leak and is relatively easy to clean (the cap has fiddly bits). I was dubious about the purple colorway, but actually it makes it easy to spot. Love the way the circle hook-handle thing flips down for storage. The soft plastic cap on the bottom stabilizes the bottle and makes it grippy, which is a big improvement over the dented metal water bottle I replaced. Very happy with this purchase!

Design Makes Sense

Takeya Water Bottle, 22oz, Purple. The color is as depicted. The design of the bottle makes logical sense too. Made of stainless steel, of course, for cleanliness! The cap (plastic, not stainless steel) remains attached to the bottle when opened so you don't have to hold onto the cap when drinking. It is also a small screw top spout for easy drinking and avoids spills. The attached handle makes it great for carrying, not too bulky or too thin. The removable silicone cover at the bottom of the bottle allows you to wash it and you don't have to worry about clanking your bottle as you set it down. Overall, it is a great product & made well. Try it!

I can be picky about the bottles I’ve tried, even things as small as how easy it is to hold , fit somewhere or things like the spout. It does everything it says , and I love the color, will be purchasing more and I definitely recommend especially for students of any age ! One thing I will be doing with my next one is making a protein shake for in between classes so I can have a meal and not worry about it going bad because of the heat !

The only water bottle I use and buy for myself and others

Leakproof and perfect size. I have the purple one and the blue one is the one I bought for my boyfriend. I like the purple one since it’s my favorite color. I had a white one and accidentally left it somewhere and couldn’t find it. I immediately ordered the purple one to replace it. Very happy with these water bottles. They keep it cold for hours and it doesn’t sweat or leak. Fits in most car cup holders too.

Perfect for golf

Fits perfectly in a golf-cart cup receptable and easily maintains ice thru a 5 hour round. Smaller diameter slides easily into golf bag insulated pouch for walkers. Easy to add powdered mixes into it. Maybe a little too tall for an average length straw.
