Excellent customer service

I purchased this set of filters along with other replacement filters for my seven stage iSpring RO. After replacing all filters the TDS reading was still above 350. I contacted iSpring customer service sent photos of the connection and explained the issue. I get a quick response by Nick at iSpring customer service. there was nothing wrong with the connections or the filters, the machine head was not working well. Nick FedExed me a completely new machine head with all the connections and filters to go with it. this was going above and beyond. Nick was awesome, the whole customer service experience with iSpring was outstanding. Now I will go on to replace the old head with the new unit. I will update with photos later on.

Exact fit for iSpring RCC7 5-stage Reverse Osmosis system

iSpring RO systems are the best! These are the exact filters to maintain the 5 stage RO system. I have gotten years of service out of my system, and my family enjoys the cleanest and best tasting water possible with our iSpring system. Thanks, Nick!

I spring service is amazing

I recently called the factory customer service at I spring and spoke to John. I needed a connector. John was very courteous and helpful. Within a few days I received a few connectors in the mail. What great service after the fact of just buying replacement filters from Amazon. I own two systems. One for my home and one for the family summer home. I intend to purchase an alkaline system for my brothers home. Thank you John . It is nice to see that there are companies out there that care about customer service.

Awesome Customer Service

I went to install my replacement filters on our RCC7P system from 2020, and I had added a 5 gallon storage tank with 3/8 tubing. The old carbon filter had 3/8NPT threads in the ends and the new one has 1/4 tubing push-in fittings built in. I tried taking out the push-in fitting as it looked like threads inside the new filter... unfortunately there wasn't threads there so I couldn't screw in my old 3/8 fittings. I emailed iSpring support and Nick was very helpful. Promptly shipped out 2 new carbon filters plus fittings, free of charge! I am enjoying my new filters and my good ol' RCC7P from 2020.

Excellent water filtering system and replacement filters

These are replacement filters for an excellent water filtering system. We decided we could not trust our municipal drinking water anymore. One thing you need to pay attention, when you replace the FT15 filter, you are supposed to get the quick fit connectors from the old unit, as they are, in theory, reusable. I couldn't, but I contacted support they sent me some extra connectors for free. Excellent service. Uodate: I just purchased a new batch of filters, and the package came with enough quick-fit connectors for all FT15 filters. No need to struggle reusing them anymore! Again, 5 stars!

Good product and excellent service but no alkaline filters included

About three years ago we have purchased the ispring reverse osmosis system and have used it nearly daily. This system has brought our cost of drinking water down to about 0,10€/l. So we were looking forward to buy another filter set. And the customer service was excellent so far -We moved and lost some parts in the process. Ispring then sent us replacement parts for free. - The fresh water storage tank once broke, ispring sent us a new one for free - We've ordered the new filter set and some parts were missing, so ispring shipped them within a day. The only downside is that our reverse osmosis system also has an alkaline filter which has to be replaced and is not included in this set. We may have to order it directly from the US. So I still want to give ispring the 5 stars for their very good customer service.

They deliver what they promise

I bought a new ISpring system approximately two years ago and had it installed by a professional contractor. I decided to replace the filters on my own and found the quality of the product components, service and replacement video excellent. I also had an opportunity to talk to Nick at ISpring and found him to be both informative and very responsive. Kudos to the folks at ISpring!

Superb Product and Support.

Used in UK Midlands Area where normal tap water reads between 360-440ppi depending on a season these filters last me 8 months as opposed to 6 months and I'm getting the water levels down to 4-10ppi. I've been running the iSpring system for 1.5 year now and am super happy with it. I've used ZeroWater filter before, but it was too expensive to run it. Yes it cleared everything down to 0, but would last only for 48l (yes I was measuring) which we consume in 6 days just from drinking tea alone. So it costs about £13/week to run. This product is estimated for me to last for 204 weeks which costs £130 - £150 depending if you catch it with a discount. That's £0.63 per week to run this. Plus a little bit of wasted water. Investing into the iSpring system already returned my investment, not in £ yet, but in sanity of not having to refill my filter constantly. With these filters I'm making soup with clean water, washing vegetables, watering plants and it lasts me for months. I've seen the new filter that iSpring is introducing which is going to reduce PPI down to 0 in theory too. Plus it's very beneficial to get the UV filters as well, because most water in UK comes from contaminated lakes ponds and rivers. While changing the filters I've broken a part which costs £13, but the support team kindly sent me a replacement part for free from the US. Later on I found out that the part wasn't broken. I was just not experienced enough! I feel happy to have it now as a spare for many more years to come. All in all can't recommend their products enough.
