Great quality product.
Easily replaced the 25 year old Hunter fan in the room. QUIET! Never had to balance the blades because it is perfect right out of the box. One more light than the old one had also, so the room is brighter. Very pleased with it so far!

52 inch 5 blade Hunter ceiling fan is very well made and a very pleasing finish
I purchased this fan to replace the bedroom ceiling fan we had for 37 years. The mounting bracket is superior and has rubber foot pads that are pulled onto the ceiling by the circuit box mounting screw. The most tedious part of assembly is installing the 15 damping grommets into the holes of the blades. The antique light-bronze finish is very pleasing. The shape of the squarish blade tips are very plain compared to the one we had before. The four frosted glass globes have no appeal at all, so I used the open flower shaped globes from my old fan. I did like the heavy weighted pull chains for the switches, but the slot in the pull chain joiners had to be spread apart before they could be used. There was an extra cover that looked like it could only be used to eliminate the light kit, but this piece was not covered in the instructions, and you can't eliminate the light kit because the fan switch is in there. As another reviewer mentioned, the five additional screws for the blade-arms were in a bag not referenced in the instructions. Overall the instructions were not written well, but the house wiring guide was very well done. I'm impressed with the bearings on this fan and it runs very silently, however, there is a slight wobble at the highest speed and I will try to balance this out when I get a chance. Finally, the included bulbs are not a good choice. They are identical to the very bright lights in my wife's vanity. I replaced them with the warmer flame-shaped LED bulbs from our old fan. Maybe it doesn't sound like I'm happy with my choice of this fan, but I am.

This matches to one in our living room, even though they were installed years apart.
Our new house had some really nice fixtures and I couldn’t find matches without investing a bunch of money, but I needed more light in the kitchen. I had this professionally installed because it replaced the light fixture and I didn’t know if the fan would need more support because of the added weight. There is no remote control. It gives much more light than the previous fixture, with the added bonus of the fan and it matches the decor well.

antique brass NO
I ordered this ceiling fan in antique brass to match my other one, due to sprinkler system braking and ceiling falling in breaking the original ceiling fan. This is NOT antique brass, the style was like my other one but the color is way off, I looked at many hardware stores, could of purchased this same fan cheaper, did not purchase this from them for the color was all wrong. With that being said it installed easily and is very quiet, no problems with the fan itself just the color described was very misleading and incorrect. It came in a damaged box but was packaged well so nothing inside was damaged.

Fantastic Warranty Service
In 2005 I bought a new home and installed six hunter ceiling fans. When I sold it in 2018, all six were still working flawlessly. The replacement home had ceiling fans in the master bedroom, living, & dining rooms & while they were not Hunters, they appear to have been working flawlessly since the home was built in 1993 & I'm not one to mess with success. For some reason the second bedroom was fan-less, so I installed this Hunter & as expected, it's working fine & the room is much more comfortable. One not-minor install problem was there was no ceiling joist close to where the fan should be & the way my ceiling was designed, top access to install something strong was impossible. So I cut a hole in the ceiling, measured to the nearest ceiling joists, designed a support that rested on both joists & the ceiling drywall, slid it thru the expanded hole along with a lot of glue, & let it dry overnight. Should last as long as the house... Hunter has changed the ceiling bracket design & it is much easier to install. After the mount is screwed into the ceiling, one just sets the fan into it. It's well over 120F in my Phoenix AZ attic, so I'm waiting until December to run the permanent wiring... 7/18/2019 update: ran the permanent wiring in late November & now the installation looks professional. ...but the fan developed an annoying clicking noise. I took it apart, couldn't find anything that looked like the noise source, put it back together, & the noise was gone. Several months latter, it's back, & it's definitely annoying. 7/27/2019 update: called Hunter Warranty Service, they said this was covered under their lifetime warranty, all was needed was my name/address & a proof of purchase. While we were talking they sent an email to attache the POP to, I cut/pasted it from my Amazon orders & emailed it back before we were thru talking. Quick & easy. A whole new ceiling fan was shipped out that day, it arrived today, I replaced the motor (everything else was OK), put ticker in the box, & dropped it off at FedEx with the prepaid shipping label Hunter emailed. No Ticking. Hunter really believes in happy customers & I'm one of them. Highly Recommended.

the only thing that was not as expected was the rod, it was too small, but since the pipe tread was compatible with standard brass pipe I manage to make it longer, I was happy that there was a long wiring so it was all good , it work perfectly I am very happy of it, didn't take too long to install and to adjust, and it look great ! thanks

Not a Ceiling Hugger
Wish I could mount it without the top part so it wouldn't hang so low. Was tempted to remove a star because of that but it's very nice.

Nice fan but not Bronze
This is a well made fan and relatively easy to install, but it isn't bronze at all. I've ordered bronze fixtures in the past and at least there was some semblance of a metallic finish. This fan is dark olive drab. It looks like something that belongs in a military base. When I look up, I generally see the fan blades and the glass shades, so I don't mind so much, but this is an olive drab fan!
