Hole at bottom may be too big to hold some towels

It is good quality, but the hole at the bottom is pretty big so it may not hold even full-sized towels securely. I ordered it to use it as storage for paper towel rolls, which is not its intended purpose or design, but I thought would nice to clear up shelf/floor space in my closet. Unfortunately the rolls fall right through, so I would not recommend this for that purpose. I would stick with oversize towels that are going to be big enough not to fall through the open space at the bottom.

Really cute but awful instructions

The media could not be loaded. This is great and I like a lot about it. 1. It’s WAY bigger then the listing looks like it is, I can easily fit 6 big sheet towels rolled up in it. 2. The shelf on top is a really nice touch for extra TP or whatever you want to keep up there. Why I didn’t give 5 stars: 1. It’s not a steel satin nickel like the listing implied, it’s definitely grey. This is ok I’ll just end up painting it properly black but I think it’s important that you know it’s not metal finish. 2. The instructions are so frustrating. The little baggies of parts are not clear because they have different parts in the same bag but don’t tell you which ones are which so you have to look really close at the instructions to figure it out (think ikea instructions) if you go slow and make sure you look closely at the picture you will be fine. However, don’t tighten the screws tight until you finish the entire thing or it will be lopsided. All in all it’s a pretty nice addition to my bathroom and I’d definitely purchase again. I would like to see this offered in more color options. If you’re looking for a towel storage you will not be disappointed.

Helps to keep things looking tidy in my laundry room/bigger than pictures

This is a nice, minimalist towel holder but it's a good size. It's easy to put together and takes a few minutes. I am very limited on storage space, so I got this for our laundry room. I love that I can hang this up on the wall. It fits like 5 or 6 towels depending on how thick/big they are, so it's not a ton but it's something and they look really tidy rolled up. You can really use this for anything, like smaller blankets, but for my purposes, I wanted it for towels. I can't say that this is fancy looking or anything but it serves our purpose and it looks just fine since we have a lot of greys and blues in our house already (so it fits with that theme).

*Not satin nickel* but a very nice grey towel holder

Just to clarify, the product I received is not satin nickel, but a very nice grey towel holder. It is easy to put together, just be careful to put the bottom piece on correctly--you need to make sure the side with the dents over the holes is facing outward so the screws can cinch in tightly. The pieces all come labeled in individual bags, and the instructions are fairly easy to follow if you're okay with just looking at illustrations since there are no words in the instructions. The top shelf isn't welded together perfectly straight, but it's not noticeable once the towel holder is put together. This comes with hanging hardware and an allen wrench/phillips screwdriver to put it together.

Easy to assemble

We have a small children and our previous towel rack was where they couldn't reach it. I love that this rack can be placed anywhere so it's great for our kids. It looks super fancy with all the towels rolled in it and the washcloth nicely folded on top. This rack was easy to assemble and has worked well for our family.
