Started leaking from the top of the handle. I paid a lot for this faucet and it shouldn’t be leaking already. Don’t purchase it is my advice.

Love everything Hansgrohe

So far, 90% of all kinds of faucets at my home and family vacation homes that I frequent is from Hansgrohe and I just cannot get enough of them! You say Hansgrohe, I jump..I mean I request the product right away as soon as I saw it on the recommended page. Sleek, nice looking design will instantly upgrade wherever you install this. but It's not just how it looks but how great it works. And I haven't had any durability issue even after a while, so durability checks out. The quality of the material ..oh gosh! I don't install anything by myself (I mean everyone vehemently object to it lol), and my father/grandpa, and other professionals who have installed these Hansgrohe around the house all compliment the quality and design. Trust me, once you go to Hansgrohe, you cannot go back ! Another good one as expected !

Box was a mess

When this arrived I was very disappointed in how it all appeared. Everything was thrown into a box with no protective packing or even bags around items. It looked like a complete mess (my included pic shows how it looked when I opened the box) There were zero instructions and I felt like I had bought it a messy garage sale. I’ve bought $45 faucets that arrived nicer w instruction manual. Once I actually looked at the faucet it’s incredibly sturdy and seems built to last. The design and quality of the product is perfect. I just feel like I got someone’s return after they just threw bits into the box :(

Pristine finish and functionality…water savings with excellent flow

We needed to replace our prep kitchen faucet. Most of our house has Grohe and Hansgrohe fixtures, but our prep sink didn’t. We had some off brand and it lasted a good ten years, but the finish didn’t look good the last 3-4 years. I saw this faucet and knew it would be the perfect replacement. I am a regular DIYer, so I handled the installation myself. Installation is very straightforward. Handling the faucet before it’s installed exemplified the quality of this unit. It’s heavy and feels very solid. By comparison, the faucet we removed felt a bit more like a toy. Although a toy that did its job for 10 years. The control is smooth, the head comes out easily and has very good length. I don’t have any gripes about this faucet. If the aesthetics fit your style, there’s no reason to pay more, but this product reminds me why there’s good reason not to pay less. High quality, beautiful option.

Stunning German Design & Build Quality. Stainless Steel Optic. Family Very Happy.

The media could not be loaded. We were stunned by hansgrohe’s design and build quality surrounding this German manufactured kitchen faucet, in beautiful stainless steel optic surface finish. The fit, finish, and feel of this faucet are nothing less than beautiful in our eyes. The handle pulls-out and retracts and settles in its perch easily and accurately. The switch from laminar flow (i.e., constant) to shower spray works with a perfect snap in and out. The functionality of this faucet is superb. Travel action of the handle and faucet rotation are smooth and even. The brass hardware is solid, heavy, and looks as pretty as 24K gold. The hoses are braided nylon and are thick and sturdy. All fittings are engineered perfectly. There was not a scratch or a fingerprint on this when received. It’s flawless. The entire family was excited over this selection and were not disappointed when received. It’s like a beautiful work of art that we get to admire and use daily. Based on the totality, we give this enthusiastic double fisted thumbs-up. We love the looks, functionality, and value this quality kitchen fixture provides our home.

Striking kitchen faucet, somewhat short...

The media could not be loaded. hansgrohe (sic) is a German designer and manufacturer of quality bathroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures. In the last decade hansgrohe was added to the stable of plumbing manufacturers owned by the Detroit-based building products conglomerate Masco Corp. Masco now owns, in addition to hansgrohe, Delta, Peerless, Brizo and a number of other smaller manufacturers. Though not the fanciest of Masco's brands, hansgrohe is close to the top and It shares the same bulletproof lifetime warranty as Delta and Peerless--lifetime for the original owner, so keep the receipt. This is an elegant and modern hansgrohe design. The finish is superb, as with all hansgrohe products. The faucet is manufactured from heavy solid brass. Hoses are clad in nylon mesh. The end of the faucet is a sprayer/aerator made of plastic--the only plastic in the faucet except for a washer used to secure the faucet beneath the countertop. The plastic spray end can be replaced, as can the hose that travels through the faucet body to supply the aerator/spray tip This finish of this faucet is classy relatively mattte black. It's not a straight matte. There is a very slight sheen to it, but that slight bit of sheen makes this faucet easy to clean and its finish durable This is a conservative hansgrohe design, not as contemporary in appearance as many hansgrohe designs and thus probably a better fit for many kitchens. Yet it is attractive, possessing the exceptional build quality hansgrohe faucets are noted for.
