Smaller than expected

This is tinier than I thought.! Would be useful in small bathrooms such as in RVs tiny homes, or if you want to reduce the amount of times your kiddos bang their head on the faucet.

Good quality just doesn't have the right parts

The product appears to be good quality and I did not find any defects with it. The only problem was that the brass fitting between the plate and the pipe was the wrong part. The instructions show a male fitting which would work but the box contained a female fitting. For this reason, I have to return the product. I hope the company fixes the instructions or fixes the factory process and have the right part boxed with their product. It won't help their sales if they cannot pack the right parts, especially the ones listed in their instructions.

Not what i was expecting

I think i was expecting to open up this package to find the item all put together, looking like the pictures, already buildt. Its not. And its not very easy to put together or install either, i had a real hard time with this item. Once its finally put together, it does look the picture, but its way smaller than i was expecting. The colors are right, and it does match the product descriptions, i dont know why i keep thinking that i thought it would be bigger than this. We are re-modeling our bathroom and kitchen and i had ordered this for our bathroom sink.

item arrived in excellent condition, completely functional and easy to use. I'm not in love with the material. but it does not effect functionality.

Very sleek and nice finish

The package comes with everything you need, instructions are super easy to follow! I like how it has a cushion between the mount and the wall, I don’t have to worry about damages. Once finished it’s nice you can just pop on the plate and shower arm and you’re all set!

Plastic

This is made entirely of plastic… the chrome is plastic… definitely would not have gotten this had I know it was plastic chrome. In the pictures provided you can see where the paint didn’t take on the plastic… can’t imagine the longevity of this… Definitely would not recommend.
