Great heater
I like how simple it is to set the temp, it has a green light for on and water temp is good and red for heater on, it is accurate and way better than the eheim jagger tru temp heaters I would say awesome I highly recommend

Great E Heater
Solid heater!! It's built very well with heavy thick glass and a nice smooth dial for temp adjustment ..I have heater set at 79 and tank temp has been between 78.4 and 79.2. what you expect from ehiem.....

Trustworthy heater
Still going strong after one year. They're easy to adjust, are reasonably accurate (I use external thermometers instead of the built-in thermometer and temperature dial to identify the temperature the water is heated to). No issues with water getting into the heater, no broken heaters, and the cord is slightly longer than most. I use this brand heater with an ink bird monitor.

What can I say but it's an Eheim?
Eheim continues to set the standard for quality in aquarium accessories. I'm using this in a 75-gallon tank housing a yellow eared slider so durability is an issue because if you're a turt owner you know they absolutely love to tear s**t up. So far this heater is passing the full-on assault. Temp accuracy is off, hence I gave it 3 stars with a caveat, as this may only be incidental to this one unit. Generally, Eheim is rock solid on temps. If you need a bullet/turt-proof heater this is the one.

Bait and switch
This is ridiculous! I opened the package and saw the original eheim box all ripped up and taped together. I opened the box and found a heater from a different brand "Oase" and it looks used. Unbelievable!

Avoid These Heaters
On a similar review I mentioned I purchased five of these Eheim heaters beginning in March of 2022 and they seemed pretty accurate for a while then within a few months or days they all wound up getting stuck in the on position and overheating the water. I have five tanks and luckily, I monitor the water temperatures several times a day. When I attempted to adjust the temperature dial on one it was difficult to turn, and it snapped inside so it spins easily, and the heater stayed stuck in the on position. I kept lowering the temperature on the other 4 heaters and could not get the light to turn off and they all stayed in the on position and continued to overheat the water. Finally, I had to unplug them all. The window for return here closed on them and I don't have the original packaging, but I would never waste my money on one of these heaters again.

Quality
As you would expect with any eheim product you're getting the best quality available on the market, hence the premium price. This heater doesn't fail, far surpassed the previous jager model which could often be tricky regarding the calibration of them. Well that's not the case with this thermocontrol model, no calibration needed, plug and play. Unlike the jager model this model has a green light on when the heater is stable and a red light appears when it's heating, giving you peace of mind around the clock. A very much improved model, highly recommended.

Preciso, resistente y sin calibrar.
Calidad alemana, muy preciso. Solo se debe colocar vertical, el fabricante es claro en este aspecto. No se necesita calibrar. Deben corregir esta publicación porque claramente dice que es de 150 watts y venden el de 200. El sku que ponen no es localizable para referencia.

Fácil de instalar y la temperatura que se le pone es la que mantiene el acuario solo falta ver qué tan eficiente es en cuanto al consumo de energía
