Great little pan!

This pan makes a perfect sized cooked egg for egg-on-toast. The egg doesn’t stick whatsoever and no oil or spray is needed. My kids can make their own, we love it. It’s so easy to clean.

Small round pan.

I will use this to melt butter rather than fry an egg. The pan is not square, it is round and smaller than expected. Green pan brands are reliable, but this little item looks too tiny for cooking eggs.

Great little pan

Perfect pan for what I needed. I found it entertaining to read the negative reviews talking about how small it is. The size is clearly in the title and description of the product, people just can't read or can't comprehend enough to understand it's not a full size pan. I was originally going to get the round egg rings for my breakfast sandwiches but it seems most of those are more of a hassle than they're worth. I decided to try a smaller pan instead and this one works perfect. i can cook a single egg or two eggs in here without issue, to include adding a slice of cheese to it. I've used this several times and it's worked great every time.

Decent Small Pan

My only complaint is that it was a new pan but came with some of the yellow enamel on the outside of the pan off. It was not painted on or however they apply it . About the size of a quarter no color. However the inside of the pan was fine so rather than go through hassle of returning it I kept and used it and it is a decent pan.

I like it makes just the right size for a sandwich. Quick and nonstick. I love it.

Easy to use and to clean

The first one of these I got had a ding in the coating - which really worried me. After, I threw that one away. I found myself ordering a second one of these little pans - because I like a poached egg. And this seemed quite close to that when I use only a hint of good butter or avocado oil around the edges of the pan. It is an inexpensive pan that seems well just practical to have on hand. I find I did also purchase a deBuyer single egg pan. Still relatively inexpensive but higher end if you will. If I can learn to season it well, and just feel safe lol eating from a seasoned skillet, I hope I will really like it! An egg is such a simple delicious way to get some clean protein to start the day. I hope to perfect the pleasure : ) . There’s a Ruhlman cookbook on Amazon that’s everything egg that’s so much fun. If you know anyone who likes breakfast - buy them this cookbook.

Just amazing

I was a bit concerned about purchasing this pan to do eggs in the morning but WOW!!!! I am thoroughly impressed in the quality of the pan let alone the non stick surface. For a small pan for eggs this is AMAZING! Thank you GreenPan for making a truly well built and quality item for a reasonable price.

This pan is so cute, safe to use, and easy to clean. But I find manuevring one egg in it, even just to flip it, tricky. I have only used it once and have gone back to my larger egg pan to cook my egg in.

The best egg pan

Don't underestimate the size of this pan. It's a mini pan. Just the size for a single egg. Make sure you follow instructions on care and use I'm sure this one will last me a long time. The only down side making a full breakfast is you have to use a second pan for bacon and beans review update after months of using. frying an egg isn't the dream i right it was. a teaspoon of oil used to fry an egg and it still stuck to the surface. washing is still easy. it peels right off. the purpose of buying this pan is defeated now that i have to use as much oil as i do for a hard anodised pan

Perfect size for tempering lentils (dal tadka) or a sunny-side up

I moved to an apartment which has an electric hotplate instead of a gas burner. This is a flat skillet which is perfectly suited for this. I cook lentils (dal) which requires tempering (tadka) to provide additional flavor and this is just the right size for these tasks. Its also good for a cooking eggs sunny side-up. Do note, that this product is not meant used on an induction surface since it is made of aluminum and not iron/stainless steel.

Cute little light pan

It’s very light, easy to clean. I was looking for a ceramic non-stick 5 inch pan free of all known toxic chemicals. I am happy with what I got. It is made in China as can be seen in the photo.
