Flushes on it's own

We stated to have issues with this a few weeks after installation. After you flush and the tank has completed refilling, it starts to flush again on it's own and you have to tap the button to get it to stop. We've tried to make adjustments it works for a day or two before it starts up again. Disappointed since we thought we were buying a quality product.
