Inżynierowie FOOT MASTER wynaleźli ORYGINALNE kółko poziomujące w 1989 roku, ustanawiając standardy wydajności i trwałości. Ten pomysłowy produkt łączy w sobie mobilność kółka, regulację wysokości poziomicy i stabilność podnóżka.

Excellent solution for mobilizing heavy machinery.
Overall very good. Seem heavy and well made, although I share some other concerns I read about the ball bearings in the raceway being unsealed. I have not had any problems, but I could imagine that there might be an issue in a dirty or dusty environment over the long term -- just something to consider. These require the use of a wrench to raise or lower, although it is only truly necessary when there is weight on the rubber pad. Still, if you are going to stick these back in the corner where it is tough to get to, keep that in mind. They make a version with a built in ratcheting handle that might work better in those situations. My only real issue for my application (~1000lb metalworking lathe) is that the socket headed mounting bolts supplied are too short. I wanted to run it through a flat and split ring washer and I just ran out of available threads -- this was even backing it out a few turns from the caster already. I'll probably end up tracking down and buying longer bolts online, but it seems to have held up well so far with just the supplied nuts. I'm sure if they supplied longer bolts, someone would be writing a review saying they were too long, so it is just something to be aware of.

Solid performance
Just what I needed. To be able to move my 5' x 7' CNC machine out of the way in my garage I was looking for some solid casters. The way these casters are designed the wheels are just a "side-effect" to roll the machine around when needed. When in place the solid rubber feet are turned down by means of the red turning wheel first and with a wrench as soon as there is some load on the feet. Using 4 of these devises I was able to level my machine perfectly (while the garagefloor is slightly sloped) and it sits rocksolid on the floor. No other type of casters with breaks could give this type of performance and would wiggle due to the inertia of the moving gantry of the CNC machine. My machine weighs in at about 1200lbs and is way lighter than the maximum load 4 of these casters could take. IMHO oversizing has been right approach for solid results.

Junk
These are not worth the money. I bought them and sent them back. The wheel itself and the frame are nice but the way the leveling foot is made is ridiculous. The leveling stem screws into a plastic sleeve and that plastic sleeve is held in with a tiny sheet metal screw. The leveling foot wobbles everywhere. I bought an off brand that is made way nicer, and only cost 65.00 for the set

Not stable
I'm very disappointed with the Footmaster 500 lb casters I ordered. The foot has side to side movement in the housing and is not rigid, so my machine stand shakes and wiggles. The total weight of my machine and stand is about 600 pounds. These should have been plenty strong for the job. I put a similar set of casters (Carrymaster) on my lathe stand and they are rock solid. I'm very disappointed with the Footmaster casters. I would not recommend them to anyone who wants a solid base for their stand or table.

Great!
Excellent on concrete. I used 4 of these on a 450 lb Fab Table. They have just the right amount of firmness to the wheel that when on concrete the table and contents do not bash and rattle, Yet it rolls easily. They are an investment, but a must for serious fab tables. Note, I would not use these for precision metal cutting machines. Yes they are firm and sturdy when on the leveling pad, but you can "wiggle" the table a little. Not enough to matter, but definitely several thousands of an inch.

They work great, no complaints on this product
I bought three of these and currently have 1600 lbs sitting on them (three legs to my machine). They work great, no complaints on this product.

I am very disappointed with the fact they are not stable once the ...
I invested quite a bit in these specific casters. While they are very well built, the design is not thought through for the end user. I am very disappointed with the fact they are not stable once the casters are raised and my 1000 LB equipment is resting on the caster feet. My obvious assumption would be to expect a rock stable condition once the equipment is in position and the casters are raised. On the contrary, the rubber feet shake all over the place.

would fail immediately
I order 4 for my spinning lathe. These are a joke. There is easily 1/4" slop lateral movement on the stem with small either #6 or 8 machine screws used to keep the wheel plum. I didnt even bother to install and returned immediately. I have used carrymaster in the past and expected the same tolerance and quality. Footmaster wasn't anywhere close to being in the same class. The 1100# rating wouldnt even keep a 3 drawer file cabinet secure. Junk
