Quality Product with good design

I replaced a slip on style Danco tub spout that I had purchased at a big box store for three times the money. The diverter on it never worked right and the design allows it to leak back into the wall. After reading the reviews for this unit and how it is designed to screw on to pipe thread instead of the slip on style, I ordered it and modified my plumbing. This is a quality built unit that functions perfectly, and the water can never leak back to the wall side. I highly recommend this unit and for the price it is a steal.

Almost perfect

This plastic faucet looks like the real deal. Super simple to install (at least on my tub). Only issue is that the diverter doesn't seal tightly, water still drips when shower is in use. I had a feeling this would be the case when I inspected it before the in stall. The diverter/rubber gasket seemed to have a bit of play. But....it's a heck of a lot better than the jet streams I had on my old one! And this was only $12. So it'll work until I decide to upgrade.

Looks great and exceptional value

Pretty simple to recommend this without hesitation. Less than half the cost of the delta spout and works perfectly. Appeared to have the same quality build as the oe/delta spout I replaced. The issue was the diverter which I did attempt to replace the washer twice and both times it still failed to perform properly. I suggest you bypass the $5 washer and pay a few more dollars for the complete spout. Super easy to install. Simply unscrew the old one, add a little Teflon tape to the threads and screw on the new one. I was actually surprised that it didnt leak and worked perfectly without any drips. I will certainly look for this brand when I need plumbing parts in the future. It is pretty standard and an easy choice. You either need the type that "snaps" on or this type that screws on. The way to tell is that with the snap on style you will find a small hex type set screw UNDER the spout. If its not there simply screw off the spout. No need to turn off the water supply. A 10 minute job max.

This product works.

I no longer have any water escaping down the drain without first going through the shower head. If I had known that it was this easy to fix I would have taken care of it much sooner.

Great spout for the price

The media could not be loaded. Definitely recommend. The old one used to leak a lot of water and now it works great. Tried to replace only the spot divider but did not work and for the same price I bought the whole spout with the divider included.

Better than name brands

I had a name brand diverter installed and that thing kept allowing water to flow through when I engaged it to shower. Installed a Kohler the next time, spent big bucks and the same thing happened. Got this one and it's been installed for a while now with easy pull up and no water flowing out being wasted while I shower. Great diverter.

Solid, good looking

The item is hollow inside, you can install it on your copper pipe of your bath and screw it until it touch the wall. I would recommand to use a teflon tape on your pipe and some silicon to seal the wall and the faucet. My bathroom is 30years old and the lenght was standard and perfect. Took me 2 minutes to install it. If you're looking for a slip and slide faucet, it's not this one.

Perfect! Went on with no issues at all, doesn’t drip when you have the shower head on. Looks great !! Very pleased with the product and the $9 price tag. I searched Home Depot and Rona and these were $18+ ! I’d definitely buy another

Depuis un an le bouton "douche-bain" était bloqué. Je me suis enfin décidé à en commander un nouveau. Avoir su... Je l'aurais fait bien avant. Juste à le visser à la place de l'ancien. Un jeu d'enfant. 3 minute et il était installė. Il fonctionne vraiment bien. Bonne qualité.
